I had a disappointing experience at this Best Buy location due to incorrect information provided by a store executive regarding my refund. As a result, I lost my refund money. The person in charge acknowledged that it was their mistake but attempted to shift the blame onto me, the customer. Despite having all the necessary evidence, I was forced to visit twice to address this issue. This should not have happened, and Best Buy should take accountability for their error. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this Best Buy Wichita Falls again .
