Nice small store for quick stuff
Horrible experience here
Came by today for some pokemon cards, ended up witnesses some kids cutting the line which is whatever, but what really was awful was the way the store manager today (04/24/26) handled it. They had been told off in the line and they continued to not listen, which then sparked some men behind me to speak about it endlessly about the situation for upwards of 30 minutes. I was in a poor mood at that point. Eventually when it was time to head inside, a man mentioned the kids cutting to the manager and he had addressed it but nothing came of it, again whatever its fine, the man in front of me continued to yammer on about those children which was stupid, but what really ruined my experienced was the way the store manager escalated the situation and further sparked more talk about the situation which only worsened my already poor mood. It eventually caused more conflict once i had left the store after my purchase, with the man confronting the children outside, which in turn sparked incessant whining and discourse from those children as well. I dont want to return to this store anytime soon from how awful of an experience this was all around. Do better with your management here.

My parents drove an hour to this location because it’s where they originally had their system installed. They went in asking about a replacement remote for their Viper alarm—nothing complicated, just how to get a new one. The associates were completely useless and said they needed to schedule an appointment just to get a replacement remote. Not even to program it—just to buy one. They left with zero help and no information after wasting their time.
Meanwhile, I spent two minutes on Google, found the exact remote on Amazon, and another one-minute video showed me how to program it myself. Done. It’s ridiculous that a store that installed the system can’t even point customers in the right direction for something that simple. Total waste of time.
