I recently visited the store looking to buy cell phones, and I can say the service was excellent. Shout out to the person who helped me (his name was Juan, if I’m not mistaken 😅 and if not… I’m sorry 😬 [I’m really bad with names]); he helped me very quickly and made my purchase a pleasant experience.

Drove to the store to buy an item that said was available in store for an open box price and was told I couldn’t buy the item for that price because that’s the online price so the in store open box price is different, but it said it was available in store, why list it if I can’t go get it? I then asked if I could place a pickup order and was told yes I can but I’d have to pick it up tomorrow because it’s 7:30 and it has to process. I could see the item, with the red open box sticker and was told that they are kept at the service counter. Yet I can’t buy the item I drove here to get that was within reach. I did pay for the pickup but now I’m going to have to come tomorrow to get it creating a 2 day ordeal. I understand it’s the fault of the system, not the person helping me, however it is not a customer friendly system. 1/5 experience this time however overall I do enjoy buying my items from Best Buy in general, but this left a bad taste in my mouth. Edit: they canceled my order, tried to place a different order and got flagged as purchasing quantity in bulk even though I only wanted one for me, useless system and a waste of time. Went to Amazon instead.
