Beware the AT&T salesmen they've let into their stores. They are not completely honest, and will say whatever they think they need to, to get you to switch providers. I told Jackson, one of their reps, that one of the most important things to me is having someone local to provide customer support as needed. We've had some hiccups with our transition from T Mobile, and despite him assuring me he would be available for any support needed, his support has been almost completely absent. In one case, I had to ask repeatedly for credentials to sign into my customer account, that were never provided to me by the company. When he finally gave them, it was with a tone of annoyance. Then, when I had troubles with the old phone trade ins, he gave me a number and told me to handle it myself. That turned out to be a 45 minute phone call, that only added to my confusion. It's now mostly resolved, but Jackson hasn't been able to provide me any of the details I've asked him for, in regards to what to expect for future billing. In addition to all of this, we're now unsure if we were told correct numbers when we signed on. We have no idea what our monthly bills will be, or if it's different from what the reps initially told us. We're getting a different story now than we were given at sign-up. Don't talk to these guys. It's not worth a supposedly lower phone bill (yet to be seen), to be treated like you ultimately don't matter, and there's nothing they'll do to help you when things aren't going as discussed.
Went to go buy a computer- No ones available for the 20 min im there.
Customer service behind the counter cant even be bothered with like idk seeing if anyones available. I went back to look for like anyone and no one at all was there.
They probably dont get paid enough to help but damn lol
