This is the worst customer service of any store! We purchased a big ticket item and had it scheduled for delivery and setup. On their own the customer service team arbitrarily cancelled the order because they couldn’t get the item in time, however failed to notify us. After we called to confirm that they were coming is when we were informed of them canceling our order and they needed to reorder and reschedule. (They had not credited us our money while they canceled without notifying us). We reordered and waited for them to come out for the next installs. We reconfirmed the appointments and information for delivery and setup and made sure all was correct. They again confirmed this. Day of appointments (there were scheduled two install appointments for separate items and install. Needless to say the person who came out (who was pleasant and helpful) stated he was the only one coming. One of the projects he could not do due to needing support and the other was not able to be completed due to the store selling the wrong item. So we needed to get back on the phone to reschedule again. After being on the phone for 28 minutes and Veronica not knowing how to “reschedule “ and being put on hold, the call was dropped. We called back and got another representative, Allen, who told us he could not reschedule because it got canceled. We asked for him then just to schedule it and again unable to do it, and just kept saying the other was canceled and he couldn’t see a charge but did not provide any further help. After spending close to 15k over the past year and 1/2. In addition we have bought their premium product membership. I would NOT recommend to anyone. Their call center is primarily the cause, being the worse experience ever, over and over again. Until something changes with their customer service I will be hard pressed to continue to spend my money there. UPDATE: McKay from the store reached out and was able to help resolve some of the concerns. While we have mostly been happy in the store, I remain concerned about the customer service call center. I would keep this a one star or less for them, but the manager at the store today was helpful and that is where the 4/5 comes from.

I went in to buy my sister new headphones for Christmas, literally was explicitly told no one wants to help me after waiting 30 minutes for help. Ridiculously rude staff.
