Purchase a phone quite a while ago Samsung s23 ultra really good phone. Bought the Best buy geek squad insurance and had to use it to get my phone replaced. Geek squad sent me a new phone and it is junk. The screen in the right corner doesn't work. Went into this Best buy because that's what I was told that I had to do because they are no help over the phone at all, they tell me they do not have an appointment for another 8 hours before they can even get to me. There were a ton of employees standing around not doing anything one of them could have helped but instead of helping they just stand around not doing anything avoid this Best buy at all COSTS! ALSO SIDE NOTE THE ONE WORKING THE COUNTER THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO SET UP MY APPOINTMENT WHICH I NEVER DID WAS RUDE.

There are some good workers, but there also some workers that don't seem to care at all. It can be hit or miss. Prob better off finding another bestbuy and try your luck there imo. But if you know what your looking for you will be aright here.
