This Best Buy is well run, always clean, with plenty of Staff. Today I interacted with Devon at the counter and he was professional and helpful.
But the big gold star of the day goes to Levan who is actually an AT&T rep who was working in the store today. He was a lifesaver. For weeks I have had trouble figuring out how to transfer photos from my iphone to my PC. After several attempts, I entered frustrated, determined to find a solution. Levan tool the time to hear what had not worked so far and came up with a simple and direct (and inexpensive!) solution that AI failed to suggest, Thank you Levan!
picked up online order today - store is clean, plenty of staff, to answer questions, and even though there was a line for pick ups it went quick! Great store & service!
Didn't carry enough stock and didn't have suitable replacement.
