I went in to buy my sister new headphones for Christmas, literally was explicitly told no one wants to help me after waiting 30 minutes for help. Ridiculously rude staff.

Extremely helpful staff in the actual electronics department. As for the appliance and networking department, we received absolutely no assistance or service. Those interested in buying a TV and I literally could not find an associate to help me. I decided I would just buy one at a pawn shop instead. However, I'm assessing them with four stars because the service I did receive in the electronics area was top tier.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a good experience
The American Fork 'Best Buy' is a JOKE in the I.T. industry standards of performance. I have had many interactions with the 'management' and have even emailed the CEO, Corie Barry, about the incompetent manner the 'Geek Squad' is managed and the entire waiting period is a absolute joke. The last time I was at this location, they even took down there 'Monitor' which showed who had made an appointment over the phone or online, then I, we, hurried to the disgraceful American Fork Best Buy, to find out that they simply call the next person who was in line. Zero integrity. Zero respect for this Best Buy and the negative impact this location is having on Best Buy customers. I WILL NOT shop at any Best Buy ever again because of the lack of accountability shown. Best Buy has fallen off of their perceived purch of so called 'know how.' Goodbye.
