Scheduled an appointment to have two batteries replaced. We get there and it turns out that they don’t even have the batteries in stock. You’d think that would be something they’d tell you before you make the trip. Imagine scheduling an appointment with the doctor and you get there and they then tell you the doctor isn’t in that day. It’s about getting you in the store deceptively. Absolutely disgraceful business tactics.

I had an issue with my laptop mouse pad not working. I did NOT purchase this laptop at Best Buy. Initially I met Nick at the front door who was above and beyond helpful and courteous. Then on to Jerod at Geek Squad who simply pushed a button which turns that pad on and off. Being computer illiterate at 64 I did not know this. He didn't charge me, though I offered l, for the five second instruction. THAT'S what I call service.

Horrible customer service, go to a different Best Buy like the one in Sandy, in this store it seems like it bugs them if you touch any of the display equipment.
