Had the same experience with both this store and Riverdale. Their phone robot sucks. I have been trying to reach the store department, and after several calls, where it just kept transferring me to overseas people who said they were going to transfer me to the store upon explaining that I needed to reach customer service at my local store for an in-person purchase, they kept accidentally sending me to the wrong department with overseas people. It does not appear that there's any way to reach the store outside of physically going in person. This makes it very hard for me to trust that I can work with this store, or any location going forward.

Best place to buy electronics if you have total tech. If not then I guess go to Costco but they don't have the selection best buy does. When we got best buy has something for everyone in the family and that's why it get 5 Stars from me.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Best Buy.
I purchased a TV four weeks ago and even opened a Best Buy credit card specifically for this purchase. My delivery and installation appointment was scheduled for June 15 between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
To prepare for the installation, I took a day off work and paid movers to remove my old TV and make room for the new one. At 2:30 PM, I received a call stating that the delivery team was on the way. Then, at 3:30 PM, after I had spent the entire day waiting, I received another call informing me at 3:20 the TV was not available and that I would need to schedule a new appointment.
How does a company confirm a delivery window, tell the customer the team is on the way, and only afterward discover that the product is unavailable? This complete lack of communication and planning wasted my time, I took a day off from work, I payed the movers to move my furniture today and left me without the TV I had been expecting for weeks.
I expected much better service from a company of this size. This experience has been incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable.
