2 employees walked right past me when I walked in needing help. Once I tracked someone down, they knew where the product was I was looking for. Not particularly talkative employees, which depending on the customer could be good or bad.

Nice place where I could find ps5 games for my son.
I had an outstanding experience with Isac at Best Buy in Station Park while searching for a TV for my motor home. He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect model that fit both my space and needs. His knowledge of the products was impressive, and he took the time to help me understand my options. I was interested in a digital camera and wanted to see it in the box it came in because they don’t put them out. I wanted to make sure it was the one i wanted to purchase and the manager was passive aggressive when i asked about it saying that the only thing seeing the box would do is seeing a picture of what the camera looked like on it and all these other comments that insinuated he wouldn’t be grabbing the camera for me like i just need to buy it for $500 without seeing it. i left and felt like i wasted my time, don’t waste urs and just go online somewhere else. it’ll be cheaper and a better experience anyway
