Bought a new pair of Apple AirPod Pro2s for my daughter today since I use mine everyday at work/gym and wanted her to have a pair she could call her own. Got home opened the box (2 strips on the sides) and there were brand new JBL headphones in there. I panic and she panics because we opened this box. We immediately go back to the store after seeing the JBL headphones and so incredibly thankful we were able to exchange them. After looking at the box again the 2 strips we ripped off were on the opposite sides of where Apple actually applies the strips to rip off. Please please please pay very close attention to the strips on the box before brining them home with you. Nothing like this has ever happened to me and I’m so grateful they were able to accommodate us.

Call center told me they would trade in my Chromebook if I went in to a store. Went in to the store and they said they don’t trade in Chromebooks.
