I would love to leave a review for your tech support team. This one goes out to Jonathan, I think thats his name.
Anyhow, he called me and said he would be to my residence in 20 to 25 minutes.
He then called me back and said a different tech would help me because my request was " Beyond his knowlegde."
So, he passed me off to a different tech and I was blown off without any communication.
I had to reach out a couple times before I got ahold of the original tech who they assigned to my call.
I was able to get in touch, however my missed appointment that I paid for in advance, wasnt his concern.
Incredible work!!

Pretty terrible customer service. Walked in to trade an iPad in and buy a MacBook. The guy who helped me seemed like he really didn’t know what was going on. I tried to charge my iPad to get my photos off of it and the charger wasn’t working. Instead of trouble shooting, he just continued to unplug and plug in the device and tried to wiggle around the charger in the device. He also was talking about me to his coworker in front of his other coworker. Honestly the incompetence of the associate matched with the discomfort really bothered me. I won’t be returning to this location.
