Worst customer service I’ve ever been dealt with the cashier. I repeat my amount number twice you put in the wrong amount. Nobody at the door to help you to take out items. All I could say is worst experience ever for me.
Unfortunately this location has been very disappointing.. I have been a total care member and shopped with Best Buy for many years for all Audio, Video, appliances unfortunately this location does not seem to value customers. I had an item I was told was being held that I could have bought elsewhere but I had a new refrigerator to pick up so I asked them to hold a clearance item over the phone and was told absolutely. I arrived and it was not held and sold out. They did nothing to help except say sorry it’s sold out. Very disappointed in the experience
