Customer service was super friendly!
We have had an absolutely terrible support experience with Best Buy. We have been battling with their support team for 2 months now to fix a dent in the refrigerator. First, the refrigerator was delivered damaged. It took a month and multiple reschedules before I was informed they simply don't have the part. Then they approached me and said they could give me a whole new refrigerator, but for those of you who know the process of a new refrigerator you lose all your food. We didn't want to take all the time and lose the food for what should have been a 20 minute door fix. Finally I spoke to a manager and technician who agreed they would bring a fridge and just swap the door (because if you have a fridge you have a part. And you take care of your customer and you fix the problem on the back end. That's Good business.) On the day of the delivery, with a fridge full of food the delivery team called and said they were unwilling to do the door because thats against their policy.
Look i get it if there are some complications in your procedure but if its so complicated you aren't taking care of your customers and you own teams cant get their story straight, you have a problem. Fix your support. I have bought 2 different appliances from Best Buy over the years and both times I have been highly disappointed. It may be more expensive somewhere else but at least they will fix the problem when they sell you something damaged.
Oh and BTW the problem still isn't fixed.

Overall, awesome store in regards to organization and presentation. But customer service is what makes the store even better! Specifically Josh from Geek Squad and Evan from the laptop salea department. It a bit further location for me but worth the drive!
