I have to come in here constantly for camera equipment, and this has to be the worst Best Buy I’ve been to! I have never once been helped with what I’m looking for. Every time I go in half the workers are just sitting in the front chatting. If you can use a different Best Buy if you think your gonna need the assistance cause good luck getting it here!

Every time we go to the Best Buy in Logan, we somehow luck out and end up getting help from an employee who is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. At this point, I don’t think it’s luck. It that really says a lot about how well the store is run and the kind of employees they hire.
Today, Amy and Zion went above and beyond to help us get a Memorial Day sale right at close. They stayed late to help work out some unforeseen difficulties. Last year, we paid for a Best Buy total membership after receiving help with an amazing Geek Squad member. I wish I remembered his name to give him a shout out too. We definitely plan to continue to support the store and make future purchases here.
