Purchased an insignia freezer 2 weeks ago. Could be delivered to my house for $80 faster then it could be delivered to the store for pick up. Waited 2 weeks. At first when I was expecting to make my trip over to pick it up I logged in online annd it said the order was complete and an associate would reach out soon online. 2 hours later status changed to delayed and the freezer didn’t show up and spent 30 minutes on the phone to be told the new ship date was another 10 days. Feel very frustrated with the communication and the lack of resolve when asking questions. Canceled the order and bought one yesterday and delivered today to my house for no additional money.

I'm writing this review over six months after I bought my laptop, and I'm still thinking about how great the service was. I went in not knowing anything about laptops and gave them my budget, graphics card, and what I want the laptop to do and they showed me a couple of options. After some time, the employee came back around and asked, "can I show you a better and even cheaper option I found?" He took me to this little blue laptop and it was love at first sight. I wish I could remember the employees name who united my laptop and I, I would like to thank him. My lap top does it all, homework, movie watching, Minecraft, The Sims, Adobe, she can even flip around and turn into a tablet. She's compact so I can take her everywhere and is a pretty blue color. The employees were so kind and I didn't feel taken advantage of even when they easily could have with my naivety on the topic. I will be buying future electronics from them.
