Called 3X needing a human to answer question since their “bot” couldn’t. Asked for a human, got transferred to “Samsung”. Called back. Waited through minutes of prompts to get to right place in tech support. Didn’t have an option for phone. Tried different option. Ended up in another language. Called again. Tried tech support again. After 15 minutes waiting, Finally got a human. Couldn’t understand them but at least human. Several minutes of questions ultimately needed to transfer me. Disconnected. Time spent on the back to back 3 calls is over 30 minutes. Question of what I need to purchase at Best Buy to transfer phone info onto, was never answered. A chip. A memory card. A computer. No one knew.
Guess I’ll go to Expercom.
Went in on a Sunday afternoon. I had an online order that was ready for pick up, but needed to browse for a few other things before I picked up. The employees followed me within 10 feet everywhere I went. Ask me six times if I needed help with anything and then continued to follow me until I went to the counter to pick up my purchase. Don’t y’all have something more important than do than follow customers around??
