Just like every other corporate box store, this one is going to hell. I had to go back four times to do a return on a computer that was one year old. They forced me into a return I didn't want. Then, they complained about the added parts that they put on originally with parts off of their wall. THEN tried to screw me for the price of the parts that they added. Zero stars would not recommend.
Why does Best Buy have such a hard time keeping employees at the registers? It can't be that hard.
After waiting for ten minutes with two other people while a Best Buy employee didn't call for backup, I gave up and put my intended purchase down and left.
If you don't want to pay employees, then at least give us a self-checkout. Pay your Door Greeter Person (the "hey I'm watching you so don't steal anything!" role) to stand by a self-checkout register.
Then Best Buy can get by without paying employees, and I don't have to wait forever to get out of the store! Everybody wins (except the employees that Best Buy no longer has to pay).

I went here with various computer problems a couple times and found the staff to be very helpful! Conly at Geek Squad in particular was amazing to work with and I loved that guy!

These guys are really bad at grading open box items, just know it’ll be in worse shape than advertised and also missing essential accessories like a power cord, which is not Bestbuy’s “good” condition
