Very clean and organized store as always. Easy to find what your looking by yourself. Knowledgeable friendly staff always eager to answer any questions.
I myself don't necessary want to have to Interact with the staff to browse some headphones or screen covers. Now on the other hand I am quickly overcome when looking at new drones or routers and am grateful for the easy to find staff.
I give 1 star because I don’t have a 0 ,I order a treadmill with them that I was supposed to receive the delivery today , and they never show up but took picture of my house , I was waiting for them to call me as I was promise yesterday from an employee that they will contact me before they arrive , I have cámaras and they never came to my door I got a call from Best Buy with the excuse that no one was home when I have been waiting for them the whole morning because of this call i received yesterday I spoke today with Manuel, Ana and Alejandro “sup” right after I got the call that i wasn’t home and they answer was sorry is nothing we can do to have this delivery to your house you will have to wait another or so for this to happen “thank you Best BUY for helping your costumers in the best way . I wish some one care for the costumer service and get a better deliver company and not lazy drivers or people who lie to not get they job done ,
