Best Buy has questionable business practices where the allow bots on their site to buy up any good deals so it drives traffic to their sites for items that aren't even really for sale. It's ridiculous and absurd. Very good example of corporate greed, they do not care about their customers, literally at all. I would suggest you support a more deserving retailer, or any other retailer.

Not this location specifically, but I was trying to schedule an appointment to repair my Apple TV (because Apple support listed Best Buy as a place to take it) The website showed open appointments but then wouldn’t let me book one, said I had to call a number. The number would not let me choose an option for scheduling an appointment, eventually I was put on the phone with someone not in the area. They didn’t even know what an Apple TV was. Very frustrating, ended up hanging up after explaining 3 times what an Apple TV is.

Took my car for car audio install and they did a poor job didn't hook up my rear camera didn't connect the hazard, the passenger front door don't open from inside also they didn't give me the stock stereo. Would give 0 stars bad experience
