I had a very mixed experience. It took quite a while to find someone who could help me, but when they finally did he was actually very helpful and willing to take the time to explore options. When I went back to make the purchase, they couldn't find the guy I had spoken with before, but the guy who did end up helping me make the purchase was okay.

Don't pre-order things here. I pre-ordered a game before release & got an email at 6 PM the day it came out saying my order was delayed. What's the point of pre-ordering something if they're just going to sell it to someone else?

It's understandable to be upset to have pre-order delays. At no point does Best Buy sell your pre-order to another customer, unless it has been cancelled.
Pre-ordering is a great way to ensure that you will be in line to receive one of the latest and greatest devices. Although this will create a reservation for the new device, it does not guarantee you will have it at the time of launch.

Doesn't have same layout as some others but does have same offerings. The restroo. Is available without a code unlike other locations.
