KC again surpassed all my expectations. This being our second trip to Best Buy Logan. He was super attentive and experienced. He went out of his way to make sure that I got lined up with the associate and followed up with me through the entire process to assure that I was being taken care of. His Supervisor Steph was so patient with me and her willingness to understand how important my purchase was and that I needed it to be just perfect was both sweet and helpful. And the gentleman in the laptop section was the MVP sadly I suffer from social anixiety and I was in full panic attack by the time I was finally ready. However these three individuals have got to be Best Buy Best Investment as they truly treated me like I was the only one who mattered from the"Welcome to Best Buy" through the signups of my Best Protection Plan. I'm very impressed with these 3 as they were kind, patient, knowledgeable, helpful and understanding. You just don't find that any more. Thank you.

Waited over 40 minutes for someone to help me in the auto section, asked for people twice and no one came over or acknowledged me

I was standing in line to have someone to help me and no one asked me what I needed only helping the other people that were behind me (white people) with stuff like seriously? Even the manager saw me and ignored me. He only ask the white lady if she had help. Bad costumer service

I bought a new stereo system from them was there all day waiting for them they finally said it was done. I get in my car and it was worse off than when I brought it in my speakers didn’t work. My backup camera didn’t work anymore and it made this awful noise while I was driving so I brought it back later and they wouldn’t fix it then so I had to bring it in the next day to fix it. I was there for three hours the next day and they still didn’t fix it. I spent over $1000 for my car to be worse off than when I brought it. It was a joke. Don’t bring your vehicle there to have them put a stereo in. They’re the worst. I’m going to take mine elsewhere to have them fix everything that they did wrong. They're TERRIBLE!!
