I went in the far back to look at DVD players. I was surprised at how much they were given how much they cost online, but I wanted to give a shout out to the woman who was in the back of the store at the desk. She was crazy, helpful. Super easy to talk to and when I just asked a DVD question she stopped what she was doing and said let's go look at stuff together. Really good experience. Great service
I went into Best buy in Logan Utah to buy two 50-in screen TVs. I sat around for 30 minutes. Not one single soul talk to me or even acknowledged I was in the store. Employees walked past me three or four different times. Not one thing was said and I realized there were a couple employees there that were busy. I understand but the two or three that walk past me didn't say a word to me. I was sitting there looking at the TV specific and still no help. I tried to stop one of them they just kept walking. I will never go back to Best buy ever again. Worst store on the planet

I came in to pickup an order and had a reward credit to use. Amy and Jim were so kind and helpful in adjusting my order and took 20 min problem solving to make sure I could apply my certificate, even contacting corporate to make sure it was done correctly.
