The service is nice, but it is generally not priced well.

Got 2 TCL fire tvs from them and they suck.... bought them in December. And they said we only had a 14 day return day... the tvs are so buggy.
*Randomly turn off,
*Cutt of the show back to the main menu Randomly.
*they will freez Randomly.
*Other times the tv's will turn off the tv but the sound will still play.
*They have issues connecting ro the wifi..for hours. Even if we turn the TV on and off.. very bad tvs. Stay away....

I purchased HP ink that was fraudulent. No returns. Only through HP manufacturer. Ironically I can’t print the return label without buying more ink and I didn’t keep the packaging, I think I’m done buying ink from Best Buy and I buy a lot. :)

Best Buy has questionable business practices where the allow bots on their site to buy up any good deals so it drives traffic to their sites for items that aren't even really for sale. It's ridiculous and absurd. Very good example of corporate greed, they do not care about their customers, literally at all. I would suggest you support a more deserving retailer, or any other retailer.
