Best Buy allowed two AT&T employees to scam us in their building: we were Verizon subscribers for more than a decade, and these two guys showed us numbers for an AT&T deal that was supposed to be cheaper than our military Verizon subscription AND get us new phones. A promotion to get people to switch providers. 4 months later, the Verizon phone buy out STILL hasn't happened and AT&T owes us over $1200. So much wasted time, so frustrating, so unprofessional. Best Buy - throw these people out!!!

Has to be the worst experience I’ve had at any Best Buy. Bought a computer and was told I had options which it did not have. Called and asked about returning was told they had a different one in stock that we went to pick up however it was not in stock. Had to order to ship to my home which they shipped to the wrong address still have not received product and cannot get a hold of anyone at the location due to automated system. After being a total Care member for over 15 years the service has become terrible. My recommendation take your business elsewhere.

But a review for Best Buy as a company. I tried to contact the store directly via phone call but was routed by the AI assistant to the general support desk.
It is now physically impossible to call the store directly, to speak to a person, manager, or employee.
Wow, went to lay out serious cash far a printer ($600) and after standing by product for 15 minutes, yes I was timing, and watching numerous blue shirt employees walk by and make eye contact with me, not single one stopped to help. Come on guys, customer is always first, not your little social groups talking to each other. Off to Logan to see if they are any better......
