Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Sold me a fire stick and won’t return it because they “can’t find my card # “ as I’m showing my card and apple receipt.

I had previously gotten a screen protector for my phone at this store a while ago, and on Thursday, I found myself needing to get another one. Juan, a sales associate near the phones, helped me out. I stupidly realized I should have brought my old broken protector, which I didn't. Juan told me he had me covered this time, but next time, I'd need to bring the old one. While he installed the new one, we talked about other phone and tech stuff, and was overall very friendly. I've been to this store many times, but Juan was a real one.
Being new to the area, this was my first time in this store. I needed a special cord. All of the employees were very helpful and friendly starting with the gal at the front counter, then Jake (Jacob?) who helped me get the cord I needed, and Joey at checkout. I also came back at had Tony from the Geek Squad help me with a phone issue. The Customer Service was great! Thank you for your fine service! I'll be back!

Fun place little expensive
