We purchased new I Phones with AT&T service and home internet through Best Buy in Riverdale UT. The sales person was a MarketStar employee working at Best Buy. We made the purchase because we were told that are monthly bill would decrease significantly. What actually happened:
*AT&T could not provide internet service for our home in North Ogden. Service Canceled, AT&T billed us anyway.
*Wireless Bill actually increased by $40 per month.
*Promised an envelope to send in old phones for a credit, they still have not arrived.
*Promised a AT&T visa card to be used to pay off old service provider, this still has not arrived. Card is only good to pay off old provider. In order to keep our credit good we had to pay the old provider because the bill was due.
BESTBUYER BEWARE! NOTHING WAS AS ADVERTISED!!!

Spend over 3 hours trying to have Riverdale Utah Geek Squad setup iPhone 17 Pro. They only had one Geek Squad member working and while he did his best couldn’t begin to handle the situation by himself.

Made an appointment to get my phone fixed and they said they called but my phone was broken so I didn't get the call. They called after I had already left and so I got there and they said the guy wasn't there to fix it so they couldn't fix it. I have gotten a babysitter and it was a huge waste of my time when I had even made an appointment
