I had an excellent helper whose name was Rayce. He took the time to help me find a controller that was worth the price tag on it. I proceeded to ask Rayce if we could test out the stick drift on the controller and he said we could and got straight to it. Overall Rayce has amazing customer service, amazing intelligence, and communication so I would recommend going to him for help!!

Best Buy is back to their bait & switch sales model. We went in for a laptop, found one on sale only to be told that they haven't carried that model for a long time. They then offered a 'similar' model with less performance for 50% more cost.
