Alex from the Squad made it a reason I will continue to shop here. I bought a computer three months ago from here. Started have issues with it, and brought it to Alex. He tried everything he could to help me figure out what was wrong with my computer. After spending almost an hour, we couldn't come to a conclusion, but he helped push things through and help change some settings. After all was done he said he couldn't charge me for something he was not sure if it was fixed. That right there is customer service. Even if I had to pay something, no big deal. The fact he took time out of his day to help and not ask for anything in return is something I thought was lost, but Alex was sure to show that there is still humanity in this world. Thanks Alex

Came to this store to purchase some Therabody stuff and had 7 employees ask me if I needed help finding anything. While shopping for the Thera body stuff there was one employee who just kept hovering near me, didn’t ask if I needed anything she just kept near me. Made me feel like she thought I was going to steal something. It was really awkward. I don’t think I’ll shop at this store physically anymore.
