LG Microwave Caught Fire. I bought the black stainless steel model and after only a couple of years the surface on the inside started to flake off and reveal rusted metal underneath which then sparked and caught on fire. Luckily I was standing right there or it could have burned my house down and killed my family. Don’t buy appliances from Best Buy because apparently they don’t research the quality of what they sell.

I ordered something for pickup and arrived 3 minutes after closing.
Rosa saw me standing at the door and approached me. I apologized for being late, and asked if I could quickly get my order. She came through for me and I greatly appreciate her.
Rosa is a real one!
I scheduled a “same-day” iPhone battery replacement through Apple’s website, which directed me to this Best Buy location. My appointment was for 6:20pm and it clearly said same-day service. After driving 30 minutes to get here, I was told they couldn’t finish it tonight and I’d have to come back tomorrow. On top of that, both the associate and manager showed complete indifference to the situation.
If they can’t honor Apple’s scheduling system, they shouldn’t be listed as a same-day repair partner. Very disappointing experience, and I’ll be looking for an actual Apple Store in the future.
