Showed up yesterday for some Pokémon cards for my brother. Told us the shipment comes in Saturday and they will put them up Sunday. They told us to come right at opening because of scalpers. Showed up at opening and obviously, no Pokémon cards. Said their shipments come in on Friday and they don’t even have a truck in transit for cards. You have ALL the resources you need as employees to give customers correct information. Do better. It honestly is so frustrating that employees can’t do their job.

So I ordered an all-in-one yesterday and the delivery was promised for today we've been waiting all day this kind of traps you at your home and I kept going to the Best buy app and that is what is recommended for the most update information and it kept saying preparing your order well there's nothing to prepare except getting it on out the door for delivery which could have been done yesterday when I ordered it and it was paid for fully. I called the store which it was being delivered from the Riverdale Best buy and talked to Francisco and he says well you're not our only customer we have thousands of customers and it might be delivered tomorrow and I said that it was promised today he goes well it might be tomorrow and I said that was not good enough because it was promise for today and I could have went there and bought it in person and he says yes you could have I said how about you just let me talk to a manager he goes sure come on into the store and I said I just asked to talk to the manager over the phone oh I'm sorry they don't talk to customers over the phone but you are welcome to come into the store and I told him for that I could have just came into the store and bought it and he said yes you could have. I told him what he said is not true that I know managers talk to you on the phone and he says no they don't that is a bad policy of that is true what he is saying I just want to update on what is going on with my order and he wouldn't give me an update and is why I want to talk to the manager. I said for all this I could have went on base and bought the computer because they price match and he goes well yes you could have been everything I said he agreed with and I said please tell me your name again and I said because of you Best buy is going to lose my business and all he said is I'm sorry to hear that. Obviously just me as a customer for many years with my Best buy credit card doesn't mean anything. Best buy has really gone downhill. They really don't care about customer care or customer support. It just sounds like they will hire any Joel off the street that doesn't care.

What company makes it this impossible to find a product? Your entire objective is to sell so why is it so hard for you to understand that people need to be able to talk to someone inside of your physical location? Terrible customer service, instantly gets attitude from your “contact center agent” for trying to find out before I show up if you have the damn item or not. Yall need to change that. Customers should be your top priority for in store associates and the manager should ALWAYS be available via phone.
