Purchased a laptop yesterday. The employee I worked with kept trying to sell me the membership and warranties. I told him repeatedly I did not want to purchase them. Proceeded to tell me at checkout he doesn’t get a commission for this and asked me to give him a shout out. Like bruh that’s not my problem 💀

Can’t get ahold of anyone via the phone. When you ask a question the phone uses an AI to read you information you can find out in the website, and it doesn’t answer any more specific questions if you have any.

I bought a tv in this store they sold me a 2 years warranty but they never be specific what’s the warranty cover, long time ago happened me with a laptop too in this store pay warranty and doesn’t cover the problem but now with this tv installing the new tv the screen cracked by self and get the tv back to this Best Buy in Orem explaining what happens and they told me can’t do nothing and I pay for 2 more years warranty but they never be specific what’s the warranty cover they just want to sell the warranty with no specifications what’s cover, they told me sorry the warranty don’t cover the crack of this tv that crack by self people don’t waste your money and your time on Best Buy I have the most bad experience with this store and lost my money
