Nothing against this location but a company as a whole. Best Buy has the worst customer service! The stores are fine, but once you leave, no one has the ability to help you anymore. You can not call any Best Buy location. They just have ai talk to you until they send the call to someone, probably not even in America, who will just say they are not authorized to help you anyway. I would advise anyone in need of electronics, take your money elsewhere.
P.S. it's pretty terrible if the only way to talk to them is through social media. Look at all bad reviews on here. The response is the same... reach out to us on Facebook, Instagram, etc.

Me and my girlfriend just had a genuinely negative experience at this store, one of the employees walked up to us at the phone section while we were just looking around, and she started a conversation about how we should get the best buy credit card (despite us already having one) because she needed to make those sales in order to keep her job. In order to do this, she leaned her arms over our shoulders, touched our necklaces and jewlery, got uncomfortably close, and made flirtatious advances on both me and my partner. The employee never told us her name but she had white hair and was accompanied by a much nicer employee with short hair, who unfortunately did not understand our conversation as it was in spanish and could not intervene and would therefore not be to blame. We repeatedly denied the white haired employee's advances as politely as we could, and had to decline multiple times in order for her to "allow us" to leave. We love the store thanks to its proximity to our house but we would like to not have this experience again.
