TLDR if you are having computer trouble and are thinking about using the geek squad here, try someplace else.
We brought our PC here a couple of months ago to have it checked out by the Geek Squad. While they were kind and courteous, they gave us a completely incorrect diagnosis, which was later proven by the PSU provider.
Because of that, we ended up going on a very long goose chase to figure out what was actually wrong with our PC. The whole process took about 2 to 3 months when it could have taken maybe 1 if their equipment had been up to date and accurate. Unfortunately, both time and money were lost.
We went back to see if we could get a refund for the membership we purchased so they could examine the PC. Without the membership, the cost would have been well over $400. While we were not able to get a full refund since it was prorated, the manager, Jasper, was very attentive and kind. He gave us $100 in credit and said he would speak with the Geek Squad team, and I truly hope that conversation happens.

i never really write reviews, so - terrible service, was blatantly lied to about product stock. stop being lazy and update your website. it’s really not that hard - hope this helps.
