This place makes no sense. I went to American Fork and the very nice employee made an online order for me because they didn’t have what I wanted in stock so he sent me to Salt Lake to pick it up and said it would be ready, etc. I get here and they tell me it’s “not ready” but they have 3 in stock. What’s the difference of just giving me what I’m here for when I’m standing in front of you instead of making me cancel the whole damn order and buy it AGAIN. Absolutely unfriendly gal at the mobile pickup stand who doesn’t know how to have a customer service interaction. I ended up going to the mobile counter, where a different gal told me I did not need to cancel my order and I could’ve just picked my item up over there. Very frustrating night.

The second Geek Squad guy looked like a young Clark Kent. He is definitely Super Man to me. Because of password recall problems, I couldn't open my nearly new tablet. The first Geek Squad guy walked away, frustrated. The Clark Kent clone walked with me through the entire process of completely updating my tablet from the factory reset position. He was calm n tolerant the whole process. The gratitude analogy I gave him was: "Most folks who enjoy driving a car must rely on professional mechanics sometimes. Many computer, tablet owners know how to use them, But we need professional technicians when something goes wrong."

My trip here was a waste of my time. I tried to buy an SSD memory upgrade for my PS5, and the employees weren't very knowledgeable. The guy helping me tried to sell me an SSD without a heatsink, and I had to ask him 10 times if the unit had or didn't have the heatsink. The unit that had a heatsink was $200 more than what they tried to sell me and couldn't explain why there's such a huge difference in price. A heatsink was on Amazon for under $10...
I didn't expect a technical explanation like Bill Gates could do on the SSD, but these guys were zero help today.
I bought a better SSD with a heatsink for cheaper on Amazon when I got home tonight that BestBuy wouldn't price match while I was there.
