Best Buy used to understand what Pre-Ordering means. Now they'll still take your money, but then tell you on release day that it'll take another 2 weeks to get your item that they never even bothered to stock inventory on. And this seems to have become the new normal for them. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I went in looking for items needed for a business. I spent a fair amount of time looking at printers, then considerable time looking at laptops. In both areas I looked at a lot of items but there wasn't enough info on the little cards to determine what would work best for me. Unfortunately, despite spending probably an hour trying to understand what I was looking at, not once did someone approach and offer assistance. If someone is getting paid based on my purchase, it shouldn't be my job to go hunt them down for help.
