Ordered a TV for next day pickup on a Wednesday. Didn’t get any updates on Thursday. Used their customer service chat on Friday and was told “rest assured, it’ll be ready tonight”. Used the customer service chat on Saturday to see if I should order elsewhere and I was told “rest assured, no, it’ll be ready tonight”. Used the customer service chat again on Sunday and was told “It’s waiting at the store for you, why haven’t you gone to get it?” I hadn’t even received an email that it was ready. The supervisor got on and said “Actually, we don’t know when it’ll be ready. It’s not ready yet”. I call the store and ask if they have that TV in stock and they say yes. I say that I made an order for it 5 days ago and ask if I can come get it. She said “you can cancel the order if you want but it’s not ready” then hung up. I go into the store, asking to pick my order up, and they say I have to cancel the order and re-buy it in the store and wait for the refund, which can take up to 48 hours. I wasn’t about to wait another undisclosed amount of days for them to bring a TV from the back to the front, so I re-purchased it. Luckily, the refund came the next day, but would’ve rather been told it wouldn’t be ready for 5+ days than told every day it wouldn’t be ready soon. I would’ve ordered it from Target for $30 more and gotten it in 2 hours had I known this would be this terrible.
