I’m really disappointed with Best Buy’s return policy. I tried to return $265 speakers just a few days past their return window - apparently it’s only a 15-day window, not the standard 30-days like most retailers. The manager at this store said there’s no flexibility whatsoever to get a full refund (not store credit) which I find hard to believe.
Considering their prices are usually on the higher end, this experience with management made me decide that I will not be shopping from Best Buy again - especially since I could get the same items from different retailers with better customer care and more reasonable options for returns.
Rude workers, no sense of urgency. Long wait times

What a mess this place is. Went to buy a new receiver, speaker wire, connectors. Found the receiver at Best Buy for 10% more than I’d pay on Amazon. And if you think a store that sells speakers and stereo equipment has a selection of speaker wire, spade clips or banana plugs, well, you’d be wrong. One of the staff told me to go to Home Depot- they have speaker wire. So, I left and bought everything on line. Want to know why brick and mortar retail is struggling? Here’s your answer.

Wanted a Samsung watch. Out of stock. No problem. But would not call another another store to inquire availability. Poor customer service. Disappointed.
