Not impressed with their handling of manufacturer warranties. I brought my Asus G14 in as I noticed distracting white spots on my screen during dark scenes, as well as a dead led beneath the keyboard. I sent my laptop in for service and after 3 weeks with no one reaching out, no update on whether my service had been approved or declined I got my laptop back with the same exact issues.

Went home very upset,we really wanted to buy sony camera today. 09/05/24. But then “Omar is on break” at 5pm it sounds like best buy will not run without Omar. I ask the lady infront (Jacklyn) if someone is able to assist us on the camera section. She told me Omar is on brk and be back in 30mins. So, I wonder customer now has to wait for the employee. There is a lot of employee in the store but I think only 1 person can only and will only help you.anyway, Jacklyn tried her best to help us and told us about vacuum warranties when we are holding a camera and explaining with out eye contact I don’t know who is she talking to. We were on her right side but she is looking straight to the entrance. We ended up without camera and upset.

Customer service gal (I store pick up area) was friendly, polite, and super professional. The inside of the store is well maintained and the staff were easily found. Not a bad place. The reason I’m only giving 2 stars is because the people outside make the storefront look trashy. The people outside as in “transients” have been wandering around the front of the store and in the parking lot.
