I found what I was looking for quickly, the place was pretty well organized. It took a long time to get to the cashier waiting in line. They seem to have a lot of people working there, but everybody in the cashier area seemed to be involved in very lengthy conversations that prevented a prompt checkout. There was only one person in front of me in line when I got into line it took about 10 to 15 minutes to get out from there.

If you order a refrigerator and pay for delivery, then only expect them to leave it on porch. Otherwise, the delivery team will ask for more money to bring onto your house. This is a scam because it includes unboxing and placement in your room of choice. I will never buy anything large at Best Buy again.
