Purchased new TV online and was able to pick it up the next day.
I bought some phone charging cables online thinking that they would work with my phone and they got delivered, well I discovered they were not the ones that I had order and after I opened them I taped the boxes closed because they kept popping open, we'll I went to this location because I was in the area, I went to the customer service desk and the big tall employee said how can I help you, I explained my situation and told him I would like to return the cables because they were the wrong ones, he scanned both of them and then looked at the boxes and said I see the tape and I know what you did, he basically accused me of doing something that I didn't do and said well anyway, x amount of dollars will be refunded.
Definitely will not go back to this location, especially after the encounter i had. I have never had this happen at any other best buy location i have been too. Will buy electronics from other places so I don't have to go through this again
