I took a 50" TV back to Best Buy for service and the employee at the welcome stand came to my car and brought my TV in to the store. He was very quick to help. Just great customer service at this store.
Just relocated back to Salt Lake City and went to Best Buy in Sandy, Utah located on 114th South and State. Yesterday purchased the store best deal. 43 inch INSIGNIA NS-43 inch TV. Set TV up and screen colors plain, Apps difficult to navigate and TV channels not easily navigated.
Plus this location runs continuous Best Buy commercials on all TVs displayed that SHOW NO VARIATION IN COLOR. The first salesman soon traded off to a newer employee who was very nice and earnestly wanted to help. BUT GIVEN I COULD NOT SEE COLOR DISPLAYS ON EACH BRANDS SCREENS WAS VERY HARD TO JUDGE WHICH TV I MIGHT PREFER. I lift and carry, set up everything I buy and take home including bringing back item from the parking lot I return. I asked to have the return placed back on a different card than purchased on. My Bank card as opposed to a credit card which the purchase has not even had a chance to clear just having purchased yesterday. The young salesman at the counter called his manager to inquire. THE ANSWER WAS A STRAIGHT OUT NO. ANYTIME I HEAR THE WORD WE CANT I THINK THEY ARE BEING DISHONEST. I’m sure they can but WONT IS MOST HONEST. IN THE PAST EVEN THOUGHT ITS BEEN A WHILE IVE NEVER SEEN SUCH EFFORT TO ACCOMMODATE CUSTOMERS. The display of TV’s were poor. Perhaps because these TVs were on the bargain lies. WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION.
No complaints about the younger in experienced sales rep. I suggested he might even do better at another location. Thanks for his service it least!
