I meeded a VGA to HDMI cord and looked around but couldn’t find one. I also couldn’t find anyone to assist me. I finally asked the security guy at the door and he told me where to look. I did eventually find it. I wish they had more employees to help with questions and to find products.
They need their Geek squad to work on their site! I ordered a TV delivered. Across the emails, website ect they don't connect account info. So most of them said I had not ordered, said out dated info I had updated. Hard to contact live person on and on. I did get the TV that day but waited till end of the day to find out for sure it was coming and when. Love our new Roku TV 50 inch with voice remote though!

Just went to this Best Buy for the first time. Very disappointed. I wanted to check the magnet on one of the non electric dash mounts to be used with my IPhone 14 Pro Max. All it required was just opening the box and checking the strength of the magnet. Said I had to buy it first if it didn’t work then, I could return it. They didn’t have any on display. Sad part is if it worked the I would have bought it. But sadly for them, it didn’t get sold at all.

I reached out to Apple about an issue with my iPhone, and they scheduled an appointment for repairs. After waiting 25 minutes to be assisted, I was told they couldn’t help because they didn’t have the necessary parts. It was such a disappointing experience with their customer service.
