Their support is a joke. I contacted them because the samsung tv they sold is defective. The one year passed and I called too late (my fault), so after researching a little, I knew the problem is the panel or the backlights. I asked them how much it would be to replace the panel, and they said a technician will have to decide that. So I paid $125 + tax hoping the repair wouldn't be too expensive. All the technician did was telling me what I already knew...tv not worth to be fixed, and they recommended me to buy a new one. After paying $900 one year ago. They canceled the appointment, so I could get a refund for not being able to do anything other than the tv is not worth to fix. I contacted customer service to get a refund which they agree, and they told me I would get a refund in 5-7 days. Well, after 3 weeks, and not getting the money back, I contact them about it, and all I get is..."I'm sorry for all the frustration, but that is not refundable". You gotta love when you pay $125 for them to come, look at the tv, tell you it is garbage, and you'll get refund in 5-7. I'll never buy in Best Buy again.

Bought a LG fridge and it wouldn't cool to proper temp. Talked to best buy and they gave me a better/more expensive Samsung fridge in 2 days. Great service.
