I had a great experience at Best Buy thanks to Dennis and JOJO! I went in interested in purchasing the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro 4 and possibly a Samsung Watch Ultra. Dennis took the time to explain the differences between the open-box and brand-new options without rushing me or pressuring me into making a decision. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process comfortable.
I also had questions about trading in my current watch for a newer model, and Dennis directed me over to JOJO in the Geek Squad department. JOJO was fast, efficient, and very helpful with checking my trade-in value and explaining my options clearly.
In the end, I decided to go with the open-box Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro 4, and I’m very happy with my purchase. Big thanks to both Dennis and JOJO for the excellent customer service and smooth experience!
No way to contact the store. They gave me an excellent open box dishwasher and it is missing parts. Requested a call back and it has been 2 days and nothing.

Very poor return experience.
I returned a brand-new laptop, but the store appears to have processed the return under the wrong order. I received $1,993.85 back to a different card instead of the correct $2,325.49 refund to my BOA debit card.
I was also required to wait in the store for about three hours for the factory reset. After the incorrect refund was processed, the store said they could not cancel or redo it properly.
This was a stressful and unprofessional experience for a high-value laptop return.
I experienced quick customer service.
