My family and I walked into the store today and my son and I waked around while my husband was at the register checking out. We
were abruptly confronted by a security guard who rudely informed us that the store was closed and that it was "time to go”. When I asked him what time the store closed, he yelled, "Time to go!" I explained that I didn’t think his aggressive tone was necessary, at which point he became even louder and moved towards us in a threatening manner. Feeling uncomfortable and unsafe, I quickly gathered my son and headed to meet my husband at the register.
I spoke to the store manager about the situation, and he informed me that the security guard was employed by a third-party vendor, but he did not provide me with any contact information to escalate my concerns. While I understand that the store itself may not be responsible for the security staff, this experience has made my family and me feel unwelcome and uneasy. Until they address this issue and ensure that their security personnel are there to assist, not intimidate, I won't be returning.
I have a such cool nice experience in this store , I came to buy a portable speaker and I ended up buying a awesome powerful home theater thanks to this very professional, patient, friendly, cool man named RAUL .. he knows a lot of technology. 👍🏻👍🏻
