My mom and I were excited to shop for a robo vacuum at this location. We found the vacuum section and asked an employee for help choosing the right model. They told us someone would come assist us shortly, but after waiting for 15 minutes, no one showed up. We asked a second employee for help, and again were told someone would come—but after about 35 more minutes, still no one arrived.
We were being very patient, but when we asked a third employee, they responded in a rude tone, saying that if I didn’t go stand there, no one was going to help me—despite the fact that my mom and I had been standing exactly where we were told to wait for nearly 40 minutes.
Eventually, I tried to approach someone who looked like a manager. I said “excuse me” multiple times, but he completely ignored me and helped another customer instead. This felt extremely disrespectful. My mother should not have to go through an experience like this.
I’m not sure if this was discrimination, poor customer service, or both—but either way, it’s unacceptable. We left feeling disappointed and disrespected
