I went to the store looking for Saadia who assigned Marquise to help me with the purchase of my new iPhone. I had a wonderful customer service by Saadia and Marquise. Thank you so much for your great 5 star service.
I’ve visited this Best Buy several times for SodaStream refills, and the experience has been consistently frustrating. There’s often a long checkout line, even though plenty of staff are on the floor. Unfortunately, the staff also seem undertrained—when I’ve asked questions, they either don’t know the answer or make little effort to find out. A bit more initiative and customer service training would go a long way.
