Really bad experience with an “open box” gaming laptop purchase. Long story short, package was missing the 240w charger, I went back to address it and they tried to tell me that it doesn’t come with a charger, despite the open box sticker indicating “original charger included.” They offered me an unbranded standard 60w charger that doesn’t even come close to the original charger as a replacement. Did customer service think I hadn’t read the box or ask about it during purchase to begin with? Outright lying to customers is bold.

Customer services at this store is really bad, , went there to buy a phone and I needed a help no body showed up to offer me assistance. More than 30 min then I left.

Terrible. I’m glad I bought the item on Amazon instead. First of all, I walked in and asked the greeter where are AirTags, surely she must have known they are behind a case. I literally asked three people to open the case for me. They wouldn’t do it. Someone even said “I don’t work on the floor.” So why are you wearing a blue shirt? Useless and incompetent. Luckily I found the item on Amazon and I’m enjoying it now for a lower price minus the bullshit and shitty customer service.
