Very nice facility. Spacious. Good customer service.
My wife recently ordered a camera at this best buy and was instructed to come at a given time to pick it up. She arrived and asked about picking up the camera and they told her to wait while they processed the order and confirmed that the camera was in stock on site. She proceeded to wait over 3 hours before requesting to just cancel her online order and simply buy the camera at that store in person. They said this was fine and proceeded to initiate this process. After a further delay they, despite having confirmed the presence of this camera multiple times, told her that they never had one in stock and thus she wouldn't be able to get it until the following week. Overall this wasted essentially an entire day of her time and is absolutely unacceptable.

bought on Samsung.com out irf up there. okay Parking is convoluted, escalator not working and the elevator moves as fast as a snail I. a Turtle. but the stuff wa friendly, took some time to figure out how to process it, but I was patient and the customer service age lbt quickly called upon a Manger
