I can't get my dryer and washer!! They keep changing the delivery and installation date. Apparently they don't have it in stock but they sold it. Avoid this place if possible

This is the worse Best Buy location. I understand security’s job of monitoring the entrance, however, the first thing out of their mouth to my child “was excuse me where is your parent” as I am walking behind him. He was just excited to check out your Pokemon merchandise, stop assuming he’s going to steal from your store. Talk about discriminating. Now my son doesn’t want to step foot in your store. She also gave us a look and as we checked the back for pokemon cards there was another staff who kept watching us. Thanks Best Buy for having no faith in your customers. Avoid this location as much as possible. Horrible experience ever!

**A Disappointing Encounter with Remote Starter Purchase for My 2013 Scion tC** I recently embarked on what I thought would be a straightforward mission—purchasing a remote starter for my 2013 Scion tC. Little did I know, this experience would turn into a nightmare. From the moment I walked into the store, the customer service was lackluster at best. I had to wait an excruciatingly long time just to get someone's attention. When I finally did, the sales representative seemed disinterested and unknowledgeable about the product I wanted. After finally settling on a remote starter, the installation process was even worse. The technician informed me that the Viper brand I initially chose didn't include the app it advertised on the box. Frustrated, I switched to the Compustar system, believing that the app would work seamlessly once installed. However, upon attempting to register the product, I was told I needed another device installed. This meant yet another trip back to the shop, along with additional fees that they aren't responsible for and a $100 yearly subscription. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I expected better service and quality for such a significant purchase. I would strongly advise others to do thorough research and consider alternative providers before committing to Best Buy.
