I want to commend 3 employees at the Charlottesville Best Buy for providing EXCELLENT customer service. Jay in the Apple department, Cameron for Microsoft & Mathew a Manager put their heads together to tackle a complicated problem on my new IPhone17promax that others had not been able to figure out. With the utmost respect towards us & each other they worked diligently as a team until it was resolved! You guys are the BEST!!

Showed up for my geek squad appointment just to sit and wait because they didn’t have anyone to help me. What’s the point of offering appointments then?? Complete waste of my time.

My father found a TV on the website that he decided to purchase. The site had various options for delivery including Pickup - ready in 1 hour. My father drove an hour each way to purchase the TV only to be told by a nonchalant employee that it was not in stock. He mentioned the website options and they reiterated there were none in stock, and did not seem interested. Never again at this store.
