They got stuff, if you feel like standing around waiting for anyone. Been in the same area for about half an hour and I've seen one person walk by, busy with another customer. Still a good place to go if ya need computers and stuff though. Just bring a chair. Never thought I'd miss a random worker walking by to ask if I was looking for anything but here we are. Also check any laptops before you leave. Mine was pretty broken when I opened the box.

What a joke. Absolute shell of what it used to be. Staff seems to piss off to anywhere but a helpful position.
also it would be helpful to put the returns sign by checkout so people don’t waste their time waiting at Geek Squad where it used to be.

The staff was proactive, friendly, and helpful. The tablet selection was beyond satisfactory. No complaints!
Called the store and placed an order with somebody who was extremely friendly. She took the time to go find the items and make sure they had them in stock. Sent us a invoice which we paid and then went to the store to pick up the items. Once we got there we found out that the person we spoke to on the phone did not work at the store and was at a call center somewhere and that she was putting us on hold and not checking the items. The whole point of us calling the store was so we didn't travel 45 minutes to find out they didn't have it in stock. Luckily they had what we needed but was not happy with the fact they made it seem like we were talking to a store employee when in fact we were not. But the employees at the store were extremely friendly and helpful.
