I have a geek squad Total tech membership and scheduled an appointment in Chesapeake. I brought my printer. The Tech said they don't work on printers. I asked why didn't they tell me before I came out there. He had no answer. I was annoyed. I feel their should be a way of informing customers before they spend time and energy coming to the store, only to say they can't do anything. Or Change their advertising!!

hey man, if I politely say I don’t want to open a best buy credit card 5 times, it means I DONT WANT TO OPEN A BEST BUY CREDIT CARD. asking me 6 times is incredibly irritating when i’m just trying to buy my items and leave.
