I appreciate the helpfulness of Best Buy employees, but the sales approach can be too assertive. A more relaxed, customer-led experience would make shopping more enjoyable and allow us to explore products at our own pace. Once an employee is given a clue that they do not need assistance, they should not follow or try to engage in unwanted conversations.
We were pricing and reviewing dryers at a few places. Cue helped us find an Insignia dryer that was online and sent us a link, it had great reviews at a great price. Cue was also very friendly and helpful.
Always a wonderful experience at best buy. And like every other time, it really is a "Best Buy." You won't find better deals unless you're extremely lucky!
I came here for a Geeksquad appointment and had the worst experience yet at a Best Buy. They seemed very hesitant to do any actual work and did not understand how their own Total Protection plan works. Don't waste your time here, better off going to a different location.
