I purchased an LG 65QNED80 from Best Buy in September 2022. Less than four years into owning it, the screen has already developed a dead pixel. For a premium TV at this price point, you expect the panel to last much longer than 30 months.
I contacted Best Buy Customer Service hoping for some assistance or a goodwill gesture, but I was flatly told the "warranty is over" and they offered no help or repair options. It is incredibly frustrating to spend this much money at Best Buy only to be left with a defective product and zero support the moment the 1-year mark passes.

One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had, every employee is always on top of making sure you have the help you need, but Nate was ESPECIALLY phenomenal! He got me what I needed from the back, was very kind and professional, and ultimately created a very smooth experience. Would recommend this store over everywhere else in the 757.
