Made an appt with geek squad. They never get to the appts on time. There is only ever one person working and they’re always tied up with a customer. Where is everyone else? Does Best Buy just not have staff in this department? People leave the line because its not moving and the service is poor. I still don’t have an answer for my device concern. This is my second time back here with no assistance.
