Have historically been an all-in fan of Best Buy for a long time - no more. Sense chain not long for existence. Progressively customer focus is indifference. 1) Impossible to connect to store - repeatedly switched overseas, manager dismissed complaint - said been that way for a long time, store doesn't pick up phone calls (this is my biggest gripe and I recognize largely corporate) 2) Manager seemed unaware and unconcerned that yelp rated his location 2 of 5 stars (google rating his crutch) 3) Will say customer reps were courteous even if not overtly experienced in appearance at all stations earned you the only star awarded 4) Over charged for Solid State portable drive when display price and website price clearly 60.00 lower for drive (not noticed at time of purchase required a trip to resolve) 5) often no visible adult supervision evidenced by a gaggle of attendants huddled at Geek Squad or some other location in store, or silently checking their cell 6) answer your business phone 7) worst virtual assistant experience ever (suggest great entertainment value - call it to see how bad customer service can get (get used to to phrases "please be patient I am learning," I didn't understand that," and I understand you wish to speak to someone but I need more information 8) drop the arm twisting for GEEK Squad contracts and warranties - less full-court press for warranties at a car dealership. Reccommend Corporate wake up to difference between indifferent efficiency at any cost, and customer service.
