Mr. James Anderson was my geek squd person today at the Va. Beach Store in Landstown Commons, the guy was so helpful. He explained alot of stuff to me I didn't know. He is so good at his job. I talked to his boss and told him how much I appreciated everything he did for me and I wanted to come on here and let everyone know that this man is very knowledgeable and so nice. He is the best!

I came in today and had the best experience ever I’ve never shopped at Best Buy but after today I will be a returning customer due to Mr Dale and Mr Steve’s wonderful customer service when I say they had patience I appreciate it where most people would’ve quit on the techno hiccups they kept going and got me a fast delivery date I will be seeing them soon btw I was at the greenbrier pkwy location go visit and tell me how you liked it.

Went to buy a digital picture frame. 10 inch listen as 152.99 under display. Pi k up new box take up to from come up 179.99. I go take a picture and bring it back up and was told the display is the old model, and they get paid to leave it up. I said take the price down so it does not make people think it is cheaper than it is, and was told again they are paid to leave it up, its up to us to check prices. Didnt mind praying the higher peice for the item i wanted, but wouldnt eirh that logic from employees,Will never shop this store again and wouldn't recommend my worst enemy go here. Zero stars if possible.
