I was assisted by Kenny with coffee makers, by coincidence he was the associate to greet me close to the entry, guide me to the coffee makers, explain the more advanced models functions and explained the benefits of joining the Best Buy plus program.
Was extremely impressed by how thoroughly he walked me through the machines and how he made it a sales environment without undue pressure.
From his presentation of sales experience combined with the benefits of the best buy plus program I will likely seek him out when it comes time for us to replace our dishwasher and TV.
