People need to know how to actually talk to older folks who don't know the tech. Saw this one customer and the tech person explaining to her all these steps when he could have fixed it himself and then explained after instead of waisting everyone's time. Stop focusing on the Corp script guys and fix how you would normally do it if it was your product.

Great customer service. Mikayla was fantastic tonight helping me. I ordered a phone online and came to pick it up today. The system was having issues and wouldn't update the status. .It was saying the phone would be trasy foe pixkup today, but was not ready. I chose to come to the atore 30inutes before it closed in hipes of getting the phone. I asked one service member for help and she said there was nothing she could do..... As the store was about to close I asked for help from a different person. Mikayla looked at the situation and went out of her way to check the shelves and escalate to her support crew in store. The phone was not available in the store, but this help from the staff made it possible for me to change the store pickup location to another store that actually has the phone. Rather than me waiting, this was fantastic. Thank you.
