Terrible costumer experience. Wasted time going to this store because they are an apple authorized something and the apple employee told me to go here told me they could do nothing to fix my phone. Nada. Nickels. Useless.

Terrible Experience – Poor Customer Service and Defective Product
I am extremely frustrated with my experience. The in-store employees were unhelpful and, frankly, rude. When I tried to resolve the issue by contacting the corporate support line, I never received a callback. Each time I called, I was repeatedly rerouted and never able to speak with anyone who could actually help.
I purchased a defective television, and it's now been nearly three weeks with no resolution. Instead of simply processing a return, the company insists on sending the TV off for repairs. I’ve been without a working television for almost a month due to a product that was broken when I bought it. The corporate policies seem designed to avoid addressing customer issues, rather than solving them.
I expected much better service and support, but unfortunately, this experience has been nothing but frustrating.
