My visit to this location was to purchase a replacement Samsung watch. The one that I purchased five years ago became inoperable after the bevel assembly separated from the casing. Samsung model galaxy watch Active 2. Which was obtained from one of this establishment store's, located in Virginia Beach, VA.
My initial contact upon entering store #766 was with the Verizon store contractor. Following the sales service associated with that person. I requested to be directed to an employee of "best buy".
I explained to that person, that I was directed to for assistance with my selected purchase, that I would like to get help with the interfacing of the watch to my cellphone. Well, I was directed to the stores geek squad line. Which had one person working in the section, that was assisting a customer. After an over 20 minutes wait in the line. I gave up and decided to leave the store. The store manager just happened to be in the path of my exit. So, I spoke with him about my shopping experience at his location, compared to my prior experience years back.
I guess it's true what is said about times are changing.
