Mr. Mike is an Awesome Manager/ Supervisor... He really went over and beyond to help my daughter and I to buy a new Top of the line Laptop 💻!!! Thank you for taking care of us the way you did... P.S. We went in and didn't buy at first and 20 minutes later we went right back to Mr Mike and bought the laptop... Thank You for everything on February 6th 2026

Customer service is fine, it’s just no system for when it get backed up. The flow state stops and it can helped with a better system.
I guess it's par for the course nowadays, however the customer service just isn't up to standard. I noticed a long line of customer service and many other employees just walking around or sitting during what appeared to be nothing. Another issue was, how do you get a large screen tv, and not even be offered any assistance taking it to your car. This is not acceptable. I know it's a new day, but there needs to be standards.
