Ive had a horrible experience with best buy, i ordered a tv and mount that was supposed to been a free install after waiting 3 weeks for the tv, just for the install guys to show up and tell me they couldnt install it without paying a $129 special mounting fee because it was going over the fireplace!!! After i explained to them it was supposed to waived,they still said no and left with the tv!!! Now i have no tv and still waiting for this sisuation to be resolved!! They have my money and my tv!!! Me and my wife are highly disappointed in best buy and the way they are handling this sisuation!!!!

Was a little bit busy only went there for geek squad to fix my screen protector replacement cause the Best Buy nearest to me had no more and they’re only Location I had anymore

We have a 43 inch tcl tv best buy will not work on it and they have hung up on us.dont get a tv from best buy. Unsatisfied customer.
