Sales associates were very helpful very polite and very courteous answer all questions and help eliminate unwanted buys
Just another big box store. Difficult to get assistance or even find workers outside of the check out area. If you need it, they likely have it or can be ordered online
I went to pick up my item after receiving the confirmation email, and I even called the 1 800 number beforehand to make sure everything was set. When I arrived, I was told they couldn’t find my order. After waiting about twenty minutes, the customer service rep told me it would be ready in fifteen more. Another thirty minutes passed before the general manager walked by and asked if I needed help, only to tell me my item was still in intake and would take another forty five minutes to an hour.
I had already driven thirty minutes to get there, and I came because they told me it was ready. I couldn’t wait another hour for them to figure things out. The whole situation felt incredibly unprofessional and honestly pretty frustrating. I paid for over night shipping as well! Even worse, the email cheerfully said, “I hope you enjoy it,” which just made the experience feel that much more out of touch. At this point I don’t even know what’s going on and when will my item be ready smh. I will be canceling my order. You can keep it! I promise you that I will work overtime ensure none of my military or university students come here to “ have a seat “ and wait for an hr plus.
Went to buy tv. Had to go back to buy adapters. Got home, adapters don’t work. Taking all of it back. UGH!!!
