Brought laptop in for repair got it back with no charging cord. I wasnt offerend an apology or any form of compensation i was told i can borrow a type c charging cord for my gaming laptop and they would have to order me a new charging cable. Still have yet too recieve a call about getting that cable.

Came for a Geek Squad appointment and left a happy customer!! There was only one person available to help at the time but quickly the line backed up behind me. Someone else finally came put to help another customer. My problem was solved this time around!
