We pre-ordered the new Galaxy fold 8. We were promised a certain amount for a trade in but since the customer service person obviously did not know his job or the promotions, he sent my phone to my house instead of to the store which canceled out the promotion deal that we were told about. We did not find this out until we took my phone to trade it in like we were told to do. Keeping in mind that I had already transfered my phone info and gotten my service started. The manager said the only way we could fix the issue was for me to bring the new phone in and make a return, the money would be refunded to my card in a week or so, and then I'd have to in the meanwhile pay for the phone AGAIN. This made absolutely no sense!! Of course that solution didn't work and the only thing that they could come up with was to give us less than half of what we were initially told and of course it would have to be on a best buy gift card. Needless to say once I decide what to use that gift card on...Best Buy will be crossed off of my list of stores to shop at.
