Set up an appointment on May 13th for a battery replacement. They called me today, May 21st, the DAY OF my appointment to ask for the model of my phone to check their inventory to make sure they had my battery in stock. I left them a voicemail with my phone’s model only for them to call me back 3 hours before my appointment to tell me they don’t have the battery in stock. Why wait until the day of the appointment to ask a question like that when that is the only service I requested? The only suggestion they had was to go to the apple store that’s about an hour away from me. If I wanted to go out that far I would’ve done that in the first place. So now I have to survive with a janky phone until I can find the time to make a trip there. Don’t offer services you can’t provide!!!! Never again.
The past 2 times I've been in this Best Buy the customer service was outstanding. I had to see the geek squad for my computer and it didn't take them long to fix the problem. Explained what they did in my terms lol and off I went. Thanks again Geek Squad
Pretty normal best buy experience. Lots of employees hanging around; none willing to help customers.
