I have been in the Christiansburg store many times, only to see if the price on an open box , kicker 12's , would drop out of those many times, absolutely no one asked me if I needed help, stood in the same area the whole time, surprised they are even open if this is how everyone is treated here👋I've lived here for 26yrs

Had a question about a $2K computer. At 1:45 on Wed. (off peak) I called, and after 10 mins. of no one answering the phone I gave up. If this is what their pre-sales service is like, I would hate to see what their after sales service is like! I decided to spend my money elsewhere.

Service was great! Wyatt helped us get a new iPad and gave us great advice about upcoming sales and retroactively benefiting from them with the Best Buy membership.
I never buy nothing there again
