The internet scheduling is awful. It kept refusing my card for payment. I called my card company and they said there was nothing wrong with the card--that it had to be the vendor (Best Buy). I tried several cards and it still rejected my card. I even went into the store and spoke to the manager and she just gave me a telephone number to call instead of allowing me to pay for it there. I got the same run around. I use those cards daily with no problem. I have spent probably 6 hours dealing with this issue with no solution.
