They have a lot to choose from, unfortunately you can never get any help. The Harrisonburg, Va store could care less if you buy anything or not. Customers feel like a burden needing to ask a question. I strarted buying from Amazon for those reasons and they allow returns at no cost. Best Buy want ls a restocking fee.

A really horrible and frustrating shopping experience I’ve ever had. I bought a Handheld Gaming device at this store. I chose to delivery my stuff. I got message that my order was delivered when I was at home. But I found nothing outside my door. After times negotiations, they refuse to refund/replacement. I am not the one to blame for the missing delivery. Really Really awful service!

Needed a cordless phone for my home. Old one stopped working. Wanted to get same day so went to Best Buy online. Found one that was in stock and ordered it and paid for it at 9:30AM. I went by the store after work at 6:00PM. Was surprised when I went in that they no longer have a check out line. The y have two terminals at the online pickup and that is it. Waited in line and asked to pick it up. The employee said it was not ready. I said really. 8 hours later and nobody took it off the shelve? The employee fumbled on his computer a while and finally said they did not have in stock even though the computer said they had it. Somebody could have at least emailed me to not waste my time. I guess Best Buy is going out of business or just wants to be a mail order store only. Very disappointed. I told him to just refund it. Of course it will take 10 days to get my money back. I have bought a lot of electronics from there over the years. Will be the last. I ordered it on Amazon. I know I will get it from them. Dont waste your time at this store.
