Bought what I thought was a new item only to get home and see it was opened. I later go to the store to return the item and they refused to accept my return. Lesson learned. Won't do buisness at this company going forward.

I really think the employees here buy pokemon even before the people get it. We knew they had a lot but when asked they said no pokemon and later at 10 am we see some but it was very less than anticipated. Definitely someone buying before even it reaches the customer

Don't ever let yourself be locked out of an Apple iPhone. We tried all the videos and all the online help to no avail. Then we found out we could make an appointment with a geek squad so that's what we ended up doing. He was a helpful young man but it didn't solve our problem. He said the Apple store way way out in the West end. Mike, do it for free or something like that. We ended up losing everything and had to rebuild everything. Why can't you simply unlock an iPhone? It's ridiculous. (Someone in ICU got locked out when their brain wasn't working)
