I'm really digusted with the operation of the Colonial Heights va best buy.. I've been looking to replace a bedroom tv. We currently have a 40" that has sound issues. I want to replace it with one that is larger but not too big. Had a few minutes a couple of weeks ago, and went in looking, not a sole recognized my presence. I walked around looking and left. I went in yesterday, Feb18 at 10:30 am pretty winter day. 4 or 5 employees standing around the entry door talking and looking at their phones i went by them and turned to the right towards the tvs. I kept looking and no one ever came to help. I even went across the store to the restroom, passing by the group at the front door, nobody ever acknowledged my presence. Came out of the restroom exiting the store 35 minutes later. Not even a "have a good day." I came home stewed about it and went back today in the 22 degree weather, and blowing snow. Same thing. I've worked retail all my life and I have sense enough the if a 70 year old comes in a store in the middle of a blizzard, it's for a pretty good reason. I was in the store over 40 minutes this morning. I an still looking for a tv.

Terrible experience. Very rude staff. Found the same item on Amazon for cheaper. I suggest you do the same.

Horrible customer service. The website states excellent condition will have all original items but somehow the team does not understand this. Instead of trying to be right he handled the situation horribly.
