Today I experienced the worst customer service ever at the Best Buy Colonial Heights store. My hubby and I went there to get me a new screen protector. We waited at the cashier area and a group of about 5-6 employees were goofing around the Meta glasses display-completely ignoring us. My husband went over to them and asked if we could get some assistance and one of the guys says what you need? Basically he seemed annoyed that we had the audacity to interrupt his fun time at work. He seemed irritated and his attitude was nonchalant. No customer service skills at all-poor service all around. My hubby has an account at Best Buy and gets lots of his electronics from here but going forward we will not visit this store again -someone really needs to address the employees at this store- I noticed lots of negative reviews recently for this store. Learn how to treat people use kind words and stop acting like the customer is not valued. Do better!!
