How do I even start off? Robbie was FANTASTIC! He helped me get the best of the best to assemble a PC! His service and friendly tone was just wonderful. We even talked and laughed a bit! I offered him money myself as a tip but he declined! He definitely needs a raise or something like that! Well done Robbie.

Zero greeting at all during shopping experience, was able to walk to the back of the store without a single employee asking if I needed help. Poor selection of cable chargers, absolutely terrible laptop selection, and having the cage to store laptops on the floor in the middle of the area is tacky and does not create a display I expect from best buy. The shelves were bare in some spots, and noticeable stains were seen on the floor showing a lack of proper cleaning. Overall this is the least employee engagement, poorly stocked, and unclean Best Buy I have visited throughout the country thus far.
