Has really gone down hill in the service areas.
Went last night to purchase something. Absolutely zero employees who weren't flirting with customers or friends to assist. The one who DID find a moment to answer any questions, couldn't answer a freaking THING. I'd think if you worked at a place like this, you'd have at LEAST some sort of BASIC knowledge. Definitely not returning and I wish I hadn't wasted my time, as I see the other reviews have similar complaints.

Horrible costumer service , my wife and I went in the Best buy in ch 2 different times Tuesday evening, no one was around to ask questions about tvs .
So we went to eat and came back still no one in the TV area , we finally went and asked for some help . We waited for 20 minutes and no one ever came . So we left walked down to target bought a TV and we're out of there in less than 20 minutes.
I'm done best buy , yall missed out . Won't bother yall anymore I promise

I dropped off my truck for a radio install on January 11, 2025. I was told the install would take an hour and a half to install and I sat there for 5 hours just to be told a wire was shorting out but my radio was fine before I took the truck. The only reason I was getting a new radio was because my Bluetooth quit working on the original radio. I left the truck there til Monday because they were still trying to get the radio to work. Monday when I picked up my truck my airbag light flashes constantly now and they want me to take the truck to a mom and pop shop to get the wire fixed when they can run wires through the firewall for remote starts they can run a wire for a radio. Best buy shorted the wire out. But Best buy doesn't want to fix my truck now back to the way I left it with them. They put the old radio back in and that doesn't work now either. So I strongly suggest not going to Best Buy for anything you need to get installed. I am missing covers off my cigarette lighters in my truck now after they finished with my truck.
