Worst customer service. Nothing is stocked. They basically can’t be bothered and want you to look for the items you need help replacing or finding.
I dropped my wallet and a gentleman returned it to me here. Naturally I will love this place forever haha
Love best buy service and product especially their sales
Ugh... i feel like im walking into a hot topic store with how most the associates working here look like.
Forgive me, i do not mean to judge, i asked for help w a computer and the girl barely seemed to care about my questions, and was covered in tattoos, piercings all over her face and talked like she was annoyed with my questions. I felt taken back and well, i will go somewhere else that i can actually ask my dumb computer questions and not feel like im bothering the sales people. This store needs new sales people who actually care about their job.
Update: best buy responded, asking me to contact their live online help...
Um no. You had a chance at the store level to help me. You CHOSE to hire an associate who has issues in their life, that keeps them from helping customers looking for answers and buy a laptop. 30 yrs ago, best buy had great service and associates... but now they dont have as much competition in store, so they dont put forth the effort. This experience unfortunately for them, has turned me away.
