The store itself is okay, but Geek Squad wanted my iPhone PIN to replace the battery. This is a massive privacy and security risk and is against Apple's policies. My phone had Find My turned off and service mode enabled - there's no reason for anyone to ask for my PIN and take the phone into the back, out of my sight. Sketchy. I took my phone back and left immediately. Apple Stores don't require PIN.

Hello,
Security is very important to us. Our stores should be following the procedures set by Apple for any repairs we do for their devices. We'd like to look into this further with you if you can send a private message on one of our social media platforms, Facebook (https://bby.me/2ywnr9), Twitter/X (https://bby.me/xi9eko), or Instagram (https://bby.me/63gbba), and mention your "Google review #43399".
A section or hard to find items when you need them now. Staff is friendly
