I really think the employees here buy pokemon even before the people get it. We knew they had a lot but when asked they said no pokemon and later at 10 am we see some but it was very less than anticipated. Definitely someone buying before even it reaches the customer

Don't ever let yourself be locked out of an Apple iPhone. We tried all the videos and all the online help to no avail. Then we found out we could make an appointment with a geek squad so that's what we ended up doing. He was a helpful young man but it didn't solve our problem. He said the Apple store way way out in the West end. Mike, do it for free or something like that. We ended up losing everything and had to rebuild everything. Why can't you simply unlock an iPhone? It's ridiculous. (Someone in ICU got locked out when their brain wasn't working)

The customer service is horrible here. Unfortunately any communication with this location is done through a call center so if you have a complaint the only way it can be heard directly is if you drive to the location. I'm really surprised at how customer servicen is being handled. Best Buy is holding on by a thread when it comes to even still be around. I miss Circuit City. This will be the last time I ever purchase anything from them. Shut the whole location down.
