Quick and time efficient staff decently coming back
I scheduled an appointment at this Best Buy location to install a 2-way remote auto start system. We waited an entire week for the appointment. Unfortunately, I was away on a business trip, so my sister and mom took the car in for the installation. When they arrived, they were told there was no Level 2 technician available.
What’s most upsetting is that they were then told the appointment was booked for the wrong service and device—which is completely false. I have a screenshot of the original appointment confirming the correct service. It’s unacceptable that no one called ahead to inform us of this issue. My family drove all the way from Williamsburg, wasting time and gas, only to be misled and given a new appointment for the 27th.
I’ve had this remote starter for 2–3 weeks now and still can’t get it installed. This entire situation is ridiculous and extremely disappointing.
