Best Buy Colonial Heights

I was there for an online order pickup. The store was nice and clean. The pickup process was extremely easy.

Went to my local best buy to purchase some Pokémon cards following up from the previous week when they had warning sign posted stating that they had none available due to the emergency weather we received which is totally understandable so i waited filled with excitement for the following week anticipation brewing for the chance to get some pokemon cards at retail msrp from my local store which is 30 minutes from my house knowing the demand i decided to get there early so i would have an opportunity to catch some of them and to my suprise upon opening the manager happily smiled and stated we didnt get that much and its all gone with a smile i get it employees get benefits but to tell us to come back and then say the product is unavailable i dont think its fair best buy used to be a 5 star store in my opinion but the way its operating now its down there with walmart internal shrink , poor customer service poor consumer experience i was a total tech member for years back when it meant something maybe things will change in the next 5 years

Bought a tv and delivery and install. Provided my new address. My wife held up a text with the new address. The sales man got it right and we both verified. They showed up at my old address 3 hours away. 6 hours with 5 different support people including the store and my address is still not corrected and they won’t provide a new delivery date. Horrible service. Horrible system. Avoid them. Buy elsewhere

I purchased an oven from best buy. The oven never worked. I had a terrible time getting a refund, even after it was picked up. The customer service was terrible overall and I will never buy anything at bestbuy ever again. Seriously don't do it. This store is terrible!
