Our iPhone screen went out, took the phone to Best Buy on Koger Center Blvd in Midlothian, VA and their machine was "broke" that retrieves the serial number. Drove all the way to the Colonial Heights location, dropped the phone off for repair, and they called to inform us that they only have one replacement screen and it has a defect. They also stated that no other Best Buy in our metropolitan area/city has a screen in stock and it would be 3-5 days before a new screen is delivered. So a city of a million people and Best Buy stocks one screen. (Let's not forget you cannot call Best Buy and speak to anyone in the store). We decided to make an appointment with Apple (that has plenty of screens in stock) because we do need our phone to operate our company. When we picked the phone up from Best Buy in Colonial Heights the employee showed us where he couldn't get the screen back on properly. Once at Apple it made sense why he couldn't get the screen back on....he had bent and twisted the actual phone. So now the repair isn't covered under warranty. Best Buy also changed what they wrote about the repair on our account to cover their wrong doing, however we printed the original they had wrote and will be going from there. They definitely don't "have it together" at Best Buy....from only one screen in the entire city to bent phones to rewriting their work order.

The morning manager name George was very professional and multitasked with Grace. He communicated precisely about the deals, desktop storage, and rewards program. This would have been a 5 but I was ensured that I would receive my computer in 2 days if I signed up for the Best Buy credit card.
