⚠️ Unprofessional and Deceptive Service
Rating: 1 (Zero stars if possible)
This is the most irresponsible team I have ever dealt with. They offered me a gift card, but it was actually a credit card. When I realized this, I told the agent to cancel everything immediately. He promised it was canceled, but five days later, the card arrived in the mail.
This unprofessional mistake has now impacted my credit score. I am working hard on my credit because I need to buy a house, and now I have this unnecessary headache. It is hard to understand how a manager can hire such irresponsible workers.
Avoid this place. They are dishonest and their lack of professionalism can ruin your financial plans

It was a bad experience with Jacob Tadros. He provided misleading information, behaved unprofessionally, and showed no understanding of proper customer service, I have submitted a formal complaint, and I am glad that Customer Support and Store Manager William addressed the situation.

Very unprofessional experience. The employee spoke to customers in a rude and disrespectful way, which made the situation uncomfortable. They also claimed to be a manager, but their behavior didn’t reflect that at all. I personally witnessed this, and others have noticed the same issue. Customer service needs serious improvement.
