Was told that I cannot return an item I purchased four days ago because I bought it from another Best Buy store. They told me that the GM of this store decided that anything over $500 must be returned to the original store, so I have to drive to Woodbridge to make this return. I love Best Buy, but this was a terrible experience. I spoke to a manager who said the GM makes these decisions. Since when does one store manager make a change to the policy like that? They’re operating like they’re all independently owned franchise stores instead of one nationwide store.

We went to Best Buy to check out laptops and Jacob in the Fair Oaks branch was very helpful and seemed to have in depth knowledge, answered every question we had patiently and we’d definitely come back when we decide to make a purchase!
