Over the last few years, this BestBuy has been my go-to for all my tech necessities. The past few visits, I've had the pleasure of working with Brian. For the laundry list of items I need to get, or work arounds for odd tech challenges, he gone above and beyond to help. Glad to have a resource like Brian to count on each visit.

Hi my mom paid for a washer and dryer at your store they just got here. They were supposed to be here earlier in the day. The drivers started taking pictures of my moms home and one of the drivers were wearing a ski mask. Why would you need to wear a rolled up ski mask just to deliver a washer and dryer? I don’t know who to contact so I’m leaving a review. The truck has a small rectangle sticker on the side box part of the box truck. It is blue and red with a white star and white words that say Morgan. Then on the side of the door there is a black sticker with white lettering and part of the white lettering says reconnect. Also why would they need to take pictures of my mom’s home? That is a violation of our privacy. Now they also brought the wrong prong plug in when Best Buy was told what prong plug in to bring. My mom paid a lot of money for your washers and dryers so now there is nothing we can do because Best Buy messed up. The front outside part of my mom’s home has nothing to do with putting a washer inside of a home. Why did Best Buy blame it on the delivery drivers? Because they said Best Buy is blaming them. Another thing is that my mom left and I was not aware that there would be a signature required until after they put the washer in and we don’t have a dryer because again Best Buy messed up and the reason I had to sign and didn’t know because my mom came up to Best Buy but no one helped my mom after she was waiting and waiting. I don’t know what I signed and was not aware of what I was signing all they said was a signature was required. For a mess up and no dryer I don’t think any signature should be needed and my mom paid full price for 2 items and only received one item.

I think this store should be shut down. The Best Buy is the good one but the people are working at here like the sucker . I hope the manager train the employees before let them go to service costumer or maybe you all the same one : rude , attitude, unprofessional …… ………………. .
