Came here to get an new oled monitor. Saw one I like but was on the top shelf with no price listed. No employee around to assist, so I walked around the store to see if I could ask for help only to be ignored by every employee there. So I guess I won't spend money at your store. Probably not going to waste my time coming here again.

I’ve had better service. My device has an issue that intermittently charges that is still under warranty. Once they plugged it in, they were able to perform a diagnostics of the internals and found nothing wrong. Once it was unplug, and plugged in another charger openly out for customers to use, the device would not charge. I explained that this was the issue that I was having with the device. The Geek squad member didn’t even bother to come look at it and immediately referred me to an Apple Store because the diagnostic didn’t say anything was wrong. I ask if he would come see that it was not charging and the response was that the provided charger was only 5w. I pointed out that the charger was in fact 30w then I started that if he did not want to assist me any further then that’s all he had to say. He nonchalantly nodded his head and it walkedy away half serviced and not satisfied. Other customers that were near by approached me moments later and started that the interaction was terrible.

Geek Squad is a waste. They are either incompetent or simply don’t want to help you. Will never use them again.
