After being a loyal customer of Best Buy I will not purchase from them again. I purchased a very expensive item from them over a month ago and scheduled my delivery 7 weeks in advance. On the day of the install they sent an email canceling directing me to reschedule with no availability until now August. With a 12 hr window for delivery it meant that I had to take a whole day of work off to accept delivery. I emailed, called and even called the sales person who sold us the TV. No return phone call or email. When I called the customer service number they are using an AI agent that was useless. Sent me in a ridiculous loop. Completely unacceptable.
