I wanted to say thank you to the auto tech at this location! I believe his name was Leo. I was scheduled over the phone to have some things installed in my car at this store, presumably by an off-site answering service that has little information on the services that are available at each location. They double booked this poor guy at 10 AM, and allowed us to pay for a service we couldn’t receive. As someone that works in the medical field, I understand how incredibly frustrating this is.
Leo had the unfortunate job of telling me all of this when I arrived. He was so nice about it, and even went to the trouble of finding me another appointment THAT DAY (the wait is almost always a week or more) and called the other location to make sure they could do what I needed. He didn’t have to do any of that and I so appreciate him taking the time.
Thank you! And please fix the scheduling for these poor techs!
