So disappointed! I ordered a refrigerator over 6 weeks ago from the list of "ONLY AVAILABLE" items, just to receive a call less than 24 hours before delivery that they would not have it until weeks later. I gave the ok for the employee to search comparable fridges and send me them via email for me to pick. I received an email saying there are none and there was nothing they could do but reschedule the delivery for 6 months later! She also advised me to go to the store for further assistance. I arrived at this location just to be told to call a number. I called the number just to be told to ask the manager at the store for assistance. I am left moving in my brand new home with no refrigerator to keep my food. Best Buy had no problem taking almost 4 thousand dollars of my money, but it is an issue to return it in a timely manner or offer any type of solution. I recommended sending me any kind of fridge until the one I ordered would arrive but the only option they gave was to cancel my order or redeliver. It took me forever to find a fridge that would fit my kitchen. Now I am worst off because I lost those 6 weeks of time where they had the opportunity to tell me they would not have a refrigerator for me. There was no accountability with anyone I spoke to. I literally just continued being bounced around to waste my time, money and energy. I will never shop at a Best Buy again.

Unfortunately, I didn't find what I was looking for - that happens. What is even MORE unfortunate is the LACK of customer service I received while I was there. At one point, I walked around a shelf - two or three times and NOBODY came and asked if I needed any assistance. I walked through the rest of the store afterwards - NOT ONE ASSOCIATE spoke to me. I don't know that I will return. It doesn't appear that the staff is concerned about customers.
