WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THESE 3rd PARTY AI all they want to do is collect your personal information just so they can transfer you to the actual store. I didn’t give them any info but my phone number! They wanted my address, email and my complete name! No thanks! I live 45 min away and they kept telling us our computer was at the store and when we arrived it was not there!!! Remind you 4 times we got the wrong information!!! Track it as well is wrong!!! Very disappointed and disgusted! By the way they never transferred the call to the store due to “SECURITY PURPOSES”

They pressure you for a credit card EVERYTIME. If I say no then it’s no don’t be asking 4+ times makes you not want to buy from there anymore. 2 stars because it’s organized.
