I started a new job about 6 weeks ago. I'm not sure how it even happened, but one night a couple weeks ago I went to close my laptop and it wouldn't close. When I tried to force it to close, it became clear that it would break. I was so concerned that I wouldn't be able to use it again, that I'd have to buy a new one that I can't afford atm, and that I wouldn't have a working laptop for at least a few days. Having just started a new job, and with all my work stuff on that laptop, I was panicking big time. It was unusable.
So the next morning before work I went in to Geek Squad in the Leesburg location w/o an appointment and they were booked. They looked at it for me anyway, took it in the back, and came out 15 minutes later with it fixed, and they didn't charge me anything. I was so relieved and grateful that something that seemed potentially catastrophic had been fixed so quickly and for free.
I wish I knew the name of the young women that fixed it for me! I really appreciated her help!
Customer service was great inside of the store, but went to go load up a fridge in the back of my pick up and the workers refused to help pick up the fridge.
AB and Jenny were super generous and helpful. They helped me get my General Electric microwave.
Terrible store and experience
