Worst experience I've ever had at an electronics retail store. I bought a phone here and returned for help after discovering it was still carrier locked. They didn't even try to assist me and the verizon rep actually claimed I was lying. The carrier lock issue started when the original rep just switched sim cards and didn't file my purchase paperwork. The only reason I would go to a store like this to buy a phone is because I felt I could receive help if I had an issue. They even claimed I did not purchase the device at the Leesburg location. I went home and found my original reciept and it was absolutely the Leesburg location. The "so called" manager couldn't stop playing with his facial piercings long enough to give me the time of day.

Scheduled a screen replacement for an Iphone17 on the apple website. This location offered several same day appointments. Glad I was called 10 minutes before my appointment to tell me theres no Apple technician in the store after driving all the way here and wasting my time

After spending way too much money in this store, one of the employees told me they hold the Pokemon cards so SCALPERS have a chance to get them over KIDS.
You told me the cards are IN THE STORE now, but you refuse to sell the cards to me BECAUSE you want to give SCALPERS a chance to buy the cards.
It is a kids card game based on a kids cartoon, but they are saving cards for SCALPERS who want to resell them for 4x or 5x more. It smells like inside dealing to me.
Who is getting a kick back on this situation?
Again, you have the cards, but you tell me you are holding them to give SCALPERS a chance to get them instead of kids. I will take my money and business elsewhere.
Marissa helped me get a new drone today since we had to make the switch from DJI to American-made drones (stupid ban). She was so patient with me reading all the specs of every model and she was incredibly helpful!
