Best Buy has a great selection of laptop and desk to computers. I recently made use of their Geek Squad to repair my desktop. They resolved my issue and provided an easy to understand paper summary of the problem and software updates.

I purchased a 85”TV got it home and it was cracked. I took it back immediately for an exchange and the GM of the store refused to give me an exchange. She told me I could buy another one but she was not willing to do anything because she said the box was not damaged! This GM was rude and very dismissive. She went all around me helping other customers like I wasn’t even standing there I am going to write BBB and see what I need to do to file that she was very prejudice. I know it had everything to do with me being white and I will NEVER buy anything else from Best Buy. That is totally unacceptable and discriminatory.

Customer service at this location is constantly confused. One time I was looking to purchase an open-box product, and they claimed it cost the same amount as a new product. Another time I tried to return an order that I picked up in-store and they claimed we had to ship it back. 2 people later as well as going back and forth, they were able to process the return in-store. Constantly having to speak with numerous people to figure out a simple solution.

I can only speak for the Geek Squad at this location but the team was knowledgeable, energetic, and professional! They fixed my phone in less time than quoted and didn’t try to convince me to buy anything else. I saw many salespeople around the store helping inquiring customers but none of them were aggressive or pushy! If you have AppleCare+ or if you don’t, this is a good place to bring your phone for fixing!
