I was disappointed to find that their website showed my product as in stock, only to discover that it wasn’t. Please ensure that your inventory is regularly updated to prevent such situations in the future.
It wasn’t convenient either that there were no employees available for a long time. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this. It seems like the employees hide at times, leaving the store alone.

Store is understaffed.
High price items are behind an opaque door with no labels (i.e. not even the employees know what's behind it nor will you). And it's locked. Good luck buying your item if it's even actually in stock.
