The first day I moved to town, I needed a coaxial cable and a LAN cable so I could have Internet working that day. I got both easily from this location. This meant more to me than my parents' own love.
I’m not sure where Supervisor Tiara comes from, but she should be running the store—or more. She is incredibly resourceful and truly gets things done.
I drove to Best Buy frustrated after my order, which was supposed to be delivered today, was suddenly canceled because of a “system glitch” (according to the 800 number). I’ll admit—I walked up to Tiara with an attitude. Within moments, she had calmed me down and immediately started troubleshooting the issue.
After nearly 40 minutes—mostly due to delays from an off-site department—Tiara personally stepped in, tracked down the right people, and got my order delivered the same day. While waiting, I watched her handle other customer issues with ease and professionalism.
This kind of leadership and dedication to customer service is rare these days. Best Buy is lucky to have someone like Tiara representing their brand. She absolutely deserves recognition.
