The store was clean and well organized. It took longer than I wanted to get help.
Love everything about this place. I can always find everything in electronics that I need. The clerk was very nice in assisting us to find what we needed.
Spent an hour on hold trying to talk to someone about batteries for my line-interactive UPS. Finally got someone from india (not sure why there's no possible way to call the store) and was told I they service them and to bring it in for a free check and quote. She wouldn't allow me to make an appointment, insisting I could just do a walk-in. I stood in line for over 45 minutes. 3 people showed up after me and all 3 were helped before me. 2 of them had an appointment, 1 didn't and was helped before me anyways because I had been there so long the guy assumed I was just there with the woman in front of me. After all of this, I'm told they don't service UPSs. Absolute waste of two hours of my life that could have been avoided if they just let you call the store directly, but for some reason this company has decided to treat their phone system like you're calling fort knox.

The first day I moved to town, I needed a coaxial cable and a LAN cable so I could have Internet working that day. I got both easily from this location. This meant more to me than my parents' own love.
