Have you ever gone into a store by chance? Well, the day i went in, I found some good deals. You just have to look. My son got a heck of a deal on an Awesome looking tower and a few Christmas gifts.
What can I say? Who doesn't like saving $350.00
I would urge you to take your money and business somewhere that offers a standard 30 day return for everyone. I purchased an expensive item on Oct 10th, I enjoyed the product and decided I would return it for the more expensive version. Unfortunately it had been 18 days since I purchased the item and that is past the 15 day return window. I understand rules are rules but then I see where they offer a 60 day return window if you pay for their yearly membership, they offer a 30 day return window if you order from a partner store. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this Best Buy over the last 15 years, I’ve had family members that worked there and the lack of leniency for 3 days past the 15 day return window is just ridiculous. Especially when they will happily accept returns up to 60 days for those who buy a membership. I even offered to buy the membership but was still told it would not count towards my purchase.
