Went to pick up our preorder and they told us it won’t be available till the next day . That pisses me off because we had to pre pay for our copies for them to fail to perform what they have promised that we would get our copy the day of. Bad business. That’s a to big to fail company for you do whatever they want shrug their shoulders and tell you to deal with it

I was considering an update to my home entertainment system and was in store looking around. And looking. And looking some more. For 35 minutes. There were four other customers in the store, and three employees huddled near the front door, laughing and joking. When I realized no one was coming to help me I started to leave. It was only then that I was asked if I needed assistance. I declined and told them I was not here for the exercise of walking around. In all fairness, the gun I was wearing may have spooked them a little bit.
