Customer service was good but they would not recycle my old, small 25-in TV. Apparently sales and environment don't get equal attention, making it hard for people to do the right thing.
I just had an amazing experience with this great and patient worker named Braydon he was super helpful and worked with me through the process of get a new vr headset

Nice tech store! If you aren't familiar they have TVs, laptops, desktop computers, phones, earbuds, smart watches, accessories, and some appliances. Its always clean and is a calm environment with music playing and usually not very busy. There are always employees around to help and the display tech is set up nicely. Usually an employee will find you within 5 minutes of being in the store, sometimes 1 or 2 minutes, and ask if you need help with anything. Definitely recommend for a good selection and friendly service!
Made a purchase on1/23/26 and was charged $10 for some Teen Tech foundation but was never asked if I agreed to the cost. Attempted to get the charge removed by calling the store but apparently it was someone from overseas on the other end. Got the runaround to 4 different people and Noone was able to process a refund. I live 30 minutes from BestBuy and is where I'll have to go to get a simple refund done back to their card.
