Just wanted to say what a "great job" Brendan (Geek Squad) did helping me recently me with a lengthy download process! He is very knowledgeable , and a wonderful employee at Best Buy!
We left a phone there to be transferred over to a new one. We went back to pick it up, but it was not ready. No problem, except later when we called the Lynchburg store to get an update on our new phone, we were not able to talk to someone directly in the store, only AI or someone in another country. We were told the store itself does not accept calls. It was very frustrating as AI or outside individuals were unable to give updates on the status of our phone. In the future I will shop at local places where I can also talk local.
