I am not sure if this is due to a change in management or if this a poor decision on corporation, but apparently Best Buy has now outsourced installation and repair. On July 25th, I had to have my oven repaired, which is under a 5 year extended warranty. I was scheduled for August 2nd, which no one showed. My husband had to call and was given August 5th. I then received a text from a virtual assistant asking questions to diagnose my oven; after answering the questions, I was then rescheduled for August 19th and once again no one showed or called. I was given the reason of, they were waiting for the parts to be delivered to my house. Funny enough, if they had any decency to call, they would have known I’d had the parts for at least a week and a half. A tech did finally show the following day. On August 3rd, we had to go buy a dishwasher. We were given the date of August 21st for the install. The morning of the install, once again, no show or call. I went to Best Buy and was told the dishwasher was not delivered from the warehouse to the store and of course because Best Buy is not in charge of the installs any more, they could not give me a reason why I wasn’t called. I had to call to get rescheduled, and was given September 25th. I received a call from the technician the night before as well as the morning of, I received a text @ 6:31 a.m. confirming my appointment between 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.; however, this time, they were decent enough @ 8:47 a.m. to send me a text telling me it was time to schedule my appointment. Once again, I had to go back to Best Buy to find out again why no one showed or even receive a human-to-human phone call. I ended up returning the dishwasher I never received. This is an unacceptable way to run a business and treat customers. I will now be taking my business to either Sam’s Club, Lowes, or Home Depot.

I traded a Ipad in online and purchased a new Ipad. I disclosed the Ipad was cracked on the online form, but due to the crack which which had already reduced the trade in value. I was told due to the cracked screen they would not accept the Ipad. A young supposed manager Elijah came over and said he was sorry he could not doing anything to help. Called corporate which was overseas and barely spoke english they said to go to another store however the closest store is over 100 miles. Really disapointed in this store, I have always had good experience with Best Buy up to this point, I will order online from now on as not enjoying the lack of service at this store.
