I’ve had a couple of bad experiences with the Verizon store on Wards Road in Lynchburg VA. After the last one I went to Best Buy on Wards Road where i had the pleasure of meeting Miriam Valenzuela she was a pleasure to work with . She took the time to help me with my phone and helped to get it fixed . She treated me great she was awesome it was nice to have customer service that treated you like a customer not just tell you they couldn’t fix it and just walk away from you because you weren’t there to buy a phone like the Verizon store did. If you have a problem with your phone or need to get a new phone I highly recommend you go and see her. You will have a great customer service experience.

I have always purchased my smart phones at Best Buy. I had some questions and needed help with my recent trade in. All of th Verizon reps at Best Buy have been helpful, but Miriam V has gone above & beyond in making sure my issue was addressed AND resolved. Just wanted to let everyone know that my experience working with Miriam at Best Buy in Lynchburg was the best. She was so thorough showed me exactly what my plan was going to be when I wanted to upgrade my devices. It took a little while, but it was well worth it And when we were done, it was exactly what she figured it would be. I recently purchased the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. This phone is on another level. My old phone ( Galaxy S9+) which I bought in 2018 from this location was a solid investment. It looks like the S25 Ultra is set to be just as reliable. The photo quality and storage space is absolutely amazing! Miriam did a great job of taking care of everything from answering all my questions, to transferring the data over from my old phone (which took many attempts due to its age). I really appreciated her patience in working through the data transfer, she even stayed after closing an extra hour to make sure everything worked. If you are looking for a phone with all the bells and whistles and a knowledgeable sales staff, this is the place to find both!
