I had such a great experience picking up my online order at Best Buy! I was greeted right away, and the associate went above and beyond by opening the box and testing the unit to make sure everything was in perfect condition. The manager even stopped by to check in, which really showed they care about their customers. The whole team was friendly, helpful, and made the process super easy. I highly recommend this store!
I bought a fridge, a microwave, and a stove.
Fridge should have never been sold
Microwave had the door latch not locking and mocrowave did not turn on
Stove turned on the oven by itself.
Needles to say DO NOT BUY from here.
I have returned everything back, best buy returned the money and I am happy with brand new appliances from other places and also cheaper.

To Whom It May Concern,
I purchased this stove three days ago, and it is already sparking, flashing electrical light, and not functioning. This is a blatant safety hazard and a fire risk inside my home.
I called Best Buy and was told I would have to wait one week for service. That is completely unacceptable. I cannot and will not leave a fire risk sitting in my house while Best Buy drags its feet.
Since you clearly do not prioritize customer safety, I will be purchasing another stove elsewhere and returning this defective unit immediately. I expect a full refund without delay and for Best Buy to arrange prompt pickup of this hazardous
