In the business world, there are always challenges and things sometimes don't go according to plan, but it is typically stellar staff members that make the difference, by providing solutions, resolving issues, and overall, providing an exceptional level of customer service.

I had an awful experience at the Best Buy store. The store manager was incredibly rude and displayed a complete lack of professionalism. I was shocked to find that they had no knowledge of the current promotions, which was a major inconvenience. To make matters worse, I was denied the opportunity to shop there. The manager didn't even bother to listen to my concerns and simply refused to assist me. There was no one to greet me or offer help, and the entire staff seemed disinterested in providing any customer service. This store clearly has no respect for its customers and feels like a scam. I strongly advise against shopping here.

This outlet store has a fairly extensive inventory of open box, scratch and dent appliances. If you're looking for something very specific, call first to see if they will verify it's there. Apparently there are multiple outlet stores, so the website can be confusing and lead you to think something is there that's not. (That was my experience. ) The majority of refrigerators I looked at had fairly significant front door scratches and dents. I didn't look much at the other kinds of appliances, since I wasn't in the market for that, but they have a large number of them.
