Best Buy Manassas Outlet

Honestly the people there were friendly and helpful but the prices were terrible. Almost new prices for used, dented or scratched appliances. Found similar appliances at almost half the prices at the local used appliances stores.

Bought a washer/ dryer set, Kitchen Aid fridge, and Kitchen Aid stove. The discount unbelievingly. Just use discernment when shopping - some items have dents, are previously used, are floor models, or just simple returns.

Kirk was very professional and polite with helping us buy our new appliance. Thank you!

Compared with store prices is not much of a difference. Majority of the appliances had been used and have funny smell as well. I have always purchased at Best Buy open box locations. Honestly is loosing some quality when comparing from previous stores that have closed down already near Towson, MD.
