Very positive experience purchasing a tablet. Ryan was extremely customer focused in finding item and helping me test. Sylvia an excellent manager who assisted.
Staff members here are really nice. However my service received by bestbuy is not. I have recently picked up a washer here and the parts are missing. I called in multiple times to have the parts delivered, only to find they redirected me to a place where I could buy the parts that I should have. I tried re-order it new instead of open box but my delivery keeps getting pushed back. Today the delivery guy told me he would arrive in 15 minutes and never showed up. I would like to have this resolved. This is terrible customer service from a Best Buy total member.
Edit: got some resolution in the end. Bumping back to 4 stars, but will keep monitoring on how the product last and the customer support behind it.

Not as big as a selection as I thought. But what makes this place great is the customer service. Had a great time didn't expect to buy a TV but because of the employees in the service we got ourselves a new/used TV.

Ruin my Christmas bought a TV for my mother who just went into a nursing home and they said it would be ready for pickup by the 18th still don't have it
I will never buy from them again
