My husband and I went here looking for a niche product - a 24” compact dryer. We lucked out and found a nice heat pump unit that was at a significant discount. It had a very minor dent on the back side, but otherwise was in great shape.
The general manager, Silvia Calix helped check us out, and made arranging the delivery and getting a warranty very easy - and pressure free.
The delivery folks showed up right on time, and were very communicative. We had a hard setup in our small condo, but they handled it professionally. Sadly we did run into an issue during the install, where the unit was missing the needed screws to install the dryer cord. We were offered to take it back to Best Buy and exchange it, or keep it and get the screws ourselves. We liked the unit and decided to keep it. It was a bit frustrating to not have it working though.
When I reached out to Ms. Calix, she was very responsive, apologized for the mistake, and offered to provide a generous refund for the delivery and installation costs. Thankfully we were able to get the needed parts directly from the manufacturer, and our new dryer is now working great.
While there may always be some issues when purchasing pre-owned units - the costs savings were significant, and I was really pleased by the professionalism of the staff and how they handled our concerns. Definitely will recommend to family and friends.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the way I was treated at your location.
I arrived at the store at approximately 5:43 and was waiting for my family, who unfortunately arrived a few minutes late. I had already chosen a washer and was in the process of trying to use it. When my family arrived at 6:00, the manager refused to allow them inside, even though I was already in the store and actively attempting to use a washer.
I explained to the manager that I was already present before 6:00 and that my family was simply joining me, but the manager still refused to allow them inside. This was very frustrating and felt unreasonable, especially since I was already a customer inside the store.
Due to this refusal, I told the manager that if they did not want my business, I would leave—and I did. I left feeling extremely unhappy with the manager’s attitude and handling of the situation.
I hope you will look into this matter, as this experience has left me very dissatisfied with the management at this location.
