Terrible Customer Experience – Will Not Be Renewing My Membership I purchased an LG range top from Best Buy, and it has been nothing but a headache. Since the beginning, the unit has had a serious safety issue—when set to low, the burner randomly jumps to high and stays there. This isn’t just inconvenient, it’s dangerous. LG has sent technicians to my home three separate times and still refuses to replace the defective unit. Meanwhile, Best Buy has washed their hands of the issue, saying I have to wait out the full one-year manufacturer warranty before they can step in. It’s clear this policy exists solely to avoid taking responsibility and make the manufacturer bear the cost—even if it means the customer suffers in the meantime. This experience has completely eroded my trust in Best Buy’s customer service and warranty practices. I will not be renewing my membership and will be taking my business elsewhere for all future electronics and appliance purchases.

Our fridge of eight years had finally stopped refrigerating our food so,I headed over to Best Buy in order to find my new fridge for the family and I did they have tons of varieties of fridges. Some are brand new. Some have little where some are very high-end some are very low budget and they have some that are in the middle. I will be returning in the future. There are some other great purchases here.
