BEST Best Buy in VA! After searching for days in multiple cities for a good travel computer (as mine broke during the trip) we ended up here. Everything in the store is open box, including the STEAL of a PC we got with the help of Victor. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions. He and the manager even priced match the laptop as the website showed a cheaper price, which is why we came. Definitely going here for appliances and other home accessories in the future.
Also, give Victor a raise. Give him longer lunch breaks. The best associate I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet in my life.

So my wife went and bought a washer dryer combo. It was noted to have previously been returned for scratches. Cool. Purchase was great. The following day we hunt everywhere for a damn adapter for it because the old unit used a traditional 240 plug and now we need a regular 110 outlet. The little know nothing waste of space so called 12yo manager, did nothing to help my wife. Great service! Only open from 10am to 6pm everyday. Wish I could have found this deal at the real best buy. FYI can only buy adapter online. Purchase accordingly.
