I went in to buy a screen protector for my iPad and have it put on. I asked a sales associate for help finding it since I couldn’t and they were out of stock but he checked the inventory for another store and said that there were 3 in stock at another location 40 min away. The guy helping me was nice but turns out he looked up the wrong item, so we drove all the way there where they did not have the one I needed in stock. I drove all the way back to Midlothian and ended up buying the one I needed from Target and brought it to the Geek Squad to pay for the install services. I explained what happened to the guy and that there weren’t any in stock, this the only one. 20 minutes later, I see him walk to the aisle where the screen protectors are and then come back. 5 minutes later he brought my iPad and box back and told me he was sorry but he was not able to install it properly (it was really really bad) but that I could go through the warranty system with ZAGG and get another one. I was frustrated but understood and started the process to order another one and then realized I’d have to pay shipping for the replacement…so I’d be paying an additional $10 on top of the $50 screen protector price PLUS install pricing, not to mention sending me across town and wasting time and gas. Just an overall super frustrating experience. The guy did not even offer to cover the shipping or order me a replacement. As soon as I got to my car, I called Fruit Fixed in Westchester Commons and they said they were out of the screen protector I needed but would bring some in from the warehouse the next day. The next day I went into the store, and they installed the screen protector for free in less than 3 minutes and also gave me a discount. I paid around $30 for everything and they have a no bubble/dust guarantee. Much better experience there…won’t be going back to Best Buy for that.

Best Buy certainly isn’t here; it’s going going and definitely gone. Why even have this on Google Maps? Update this as moved or closed, but definitely don’t mislead people by suggesting it’s in some other business, or still operating. Thanks for wasting my time. There’s definitely not a Best Buy inside.
