My new Radio Shack! Yes I am that old.
The staff is readily available to answer questions, unlike a lot of stores.
There is usually a good selection to choose from, unless it’s a specialty item.
I can never leave there without finding “must have” items.
One of my favorite stores!
I just called the store and was placed on hold for about 7 mins 3 sec., I was thinking I would talk to someone. I heard someone picked up the phone and then silence. So, after 20-30 seconds I ended the call on my end. Now I see why this store has a 4.1 rating, customer service in businesses today are trash.
