I stopped by Best Buy Thursday looking for a portable monitor and was fortunate to have Mark from the computer department assist me. From the moment he greeted me, he was friendly, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right portable monitor for my needs.
He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the different options, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Thanks to his knowledge and excellent customer service, I felt confident in my purchase and had a great shopping experience.

Arlo Cameras are manufactured defective. You put them up and they don't work, then the store tells you to contact the manufacturer. There was a another customer with the same issues!
