Bought a backup camera to install in a mini van we have been making handicap accessible, pre paid for the wotk before the appointment to have work done. After getting to appointment service person told me.I would have to purchase their store radio to connect it to the camera for an additional $500, plus additional appointment money, but he didn't have time to do it at the present appointment . Disabled people are not treated any better than any other person at this location. Ended up going to Williamsburg location and was helped.the same day without prepaying for a scheduled appointment and did not purchase a radio but it works well, thanks to Williamsburg best buy

Don’t bother going to this Best Buy. They do not like to sell products. Even when you go to the front desk to ask for products, they don’t bother to keep a damn thing in stock. In fact, stop going to Best Buys altogether. It needs to go the way of RadioShack. Best Buy has no interest in selling you what you want, so much so that they will not even put products on their shelves. -1000/10. I am so sick of Best Buy.
