Despite the "assistance" during searching for a laptop, one guy annoyed me to get the stupid credit card to get 10% off, which sounded nice. Since my credit card was declined, I decided to get the BB card, and the pathetic application was declined, n logical or clear reason was given, and I ended up paying full price. Hate when people insist on applying for some stupid thing which one doesn't get at the end. 2nd time having an obnoxious and awful experience at BB.

I stopped by Best Buy Thursday looking for a portable monitor and was fortunate to have Mark from the computer department assist me. From the moment he greeted me, he was friendly, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right portable monitor for my needs.
