Worst customer experience ever
Bought a new TV, great salesman. Got it home and found it was damaged. Returned to the store, everyone was nice and helpful got me a another one with a discount for my gas and trouble. All and all very happy with my first trip to Best Buy. Would definitely go back. Definitely felt cared for.
