I just called the store and was placed on hold for about 7 mins 3 sec., I was thinking I would talk to someone. I heard someone picked up the phone and then silence. So, after 20-30 seconds I ended the call on my end. Now I see why this store has a 4.1 rating, customer service in businesses today are trash.

I had a new stereo installed in a 2008, they hooked it up and added a new faceplate and microphone. They cleaned up after themselves and were very efficient. The technician even showed my daughter how to use her new stereo and hooked up her Bluetooth. They were great. Will definitely use them again.
