The computer department were all friendly. Full of energy even though it was the day after black Friday. They definitely seemed to care more about the customer than making a sale. No pressure, talked about about deals and prices, presented options. The man who checked me out made sure all the details were correct and checked in with his manager as well. Manager was friendly and making sure everyone was served and being told about all the options

Honestly terrible customer service. I waited a very long time for help and other team members roamed the area and didn’t offer help but offered help to other customers. I recently did an online order and I had a scheduled delivery and for whatever reason it was rescheduled but would not update in the system. I was on hold for over an hour trying to get a status update just for it to be rescheduled now I have to be home on another day that I had plans for to wait for the delivery. I will never order or purchase anything from best buy ever again.
