I ordered an item on Dec 31, 2025, it was to be delivered to the store on Jan 8, 2026 for pickup..It is now February 3, 2026 and item still not received.I have called home office, they stated this would be escalated and still have not received product.I am very disappointed in Best Buy.

Quick fast check out. The store was neat and very well organized and the staff was ready and poised to assist us.

I like to walk around this store and look at the huge selection of kitchen appliances while my husband shops for gaming gear. Not a huge selection in store for gaming accessories but they're always super helpful and will gladly help you find the item online and order it for you
I went in looking for a work laptop I know nothing about computers. I figured I’d walk around and browse to see if anything caught my eye but I like I said I know nothing about computers. When a customer is walking around in circles that’s usually around the time 1 of the 6 or so people I saw walking around twiddling their thumbs should offer help to a customer who’s walking around clearly lost but I had to ask one of them for help. I feel like if you see a customer walking around not knowing what they’re looking for; if everyone isn’t busy someone should have offered me help, why did I have to ask? When I did ask he sent me on my way instead of showing me and offering me information.
