This is an isolated incident. I've been shopping at this particular bestbuy for over 20 years and yesterday was a one star experience. I bought a PS5 online, upon picking it up I noticed the seal was broken. I questioned the seal break and a employee overly convinced me that the seals always break. When I got home and unboxed, the stand was missing. Obviously another customer or the store had already unboxed system, yet sold it at retail price versus "open-box". I took it back to the store and instead of the manager understanding my slight frustration of being deceived, he got a attitude as if I were in the wrong when all I wanted to hear was there was a mistake made.

I ordered an item on Dec 31, 2025, it was to be delivered to the store on Jan 8, 2026 for pickup..It is now February 3, 2026 and item still not received.I have called home office, they stated this would be escalated and still have not received product.I am very disappointed in Best Buy.
