I went in looking for a work laptop I know nothing about computers. I figured I’d walk around and browse to see if anything caught my eye but I like I said I know nothing about computers. When a customer is walking around in circles that’s usually around the time 1 of the 6 or so people I saw walking around twiddling their thumbs should offer help to a customer who’s walking around clearly lost but I had to ask one of them for help. I feel like if you see a customer walking around not knowing what they’re looking for; if everyone isn’t busy someone should have offered me help, why did I have to ask? When I did ask he sent me on my way instead of showing me and offering me information.

Good luck finding anyone working here other than the checkout and LP/Greeter. After 5-10 minutes walking around the back looking for product/workers, I went back up to the greeter, who said he'd send someone back to help out. After another 5 minutes, I chose to cut my time losses and left the store, informing the greeter on the way out that nobody ever showed up. Dave yourself a trip to this location and maybe try another Best Buy, or just go with online shopping instead.
