Absolutely horrendous customer service, no ownership taken to rectify an issue that was the fault of BESTBUY! My wife and I came in and purchased a washer and dryer and set up delivery for the Monday a week after…8 days. We had set up and paid for only them to deliver and new and haul away our old washer and dryer. The delivery team comes yesterday and makes a big deal about how they can’t install anything due to a number of reasons. While my wife was making a call I called BESTBUY. I got no answer and the delivery team took it upon themselves to cancel our delivery, load up our new washer and dryer that we paid for, and didn’t do anything with our old units. They told us we had to now call and reschedule. I went to BESTBUY and they informed me of how sorry they were and that we would receive a call from their 3rd party team they use. I spoke with them today and was told sorry all we can do is reschedule you for next Monday…we understand your frustration. At this point since we still haven’t received anything, spent almost $2,000 and are being treated as if this just happens all the time. Well BESTBUY thank you for not stepping up to take ownership of YOUR MISTAKE!! We’ve cancelled our order completely and will never be doing business with BESTBUY ever again. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. To add to my review look how the fact that this store has more 1 and 2 star ratings than anything. That’s what happens when you hire people who don’t know what “taking ownership” means! I’m in commissioned sales, so not only if I don’t sell…but also don’t offer great customer service and taking ownership of a situation to rectify it I don’t sell and my family doesn’t eat. Maybe teach your crew what the definition of customer service actually means.
I really do not like the horrible new inside arrangement. It looks like they don't have enough product to fill a store that size. Selection is poor and staff are not knowledgeable about tech matters. I wish Microcenter would come to the Richmond Virginia market.

I had laptop serviced.  Cleaned up bugs and let me know when it was done.  Techs were efficient and knowledgeable.
