Abysmal customer service and absent management. Ordered a computer online and received no confirmation email or notice of availability to pick up. Arrived 6 days after ordering to find the order cancelled because I didn’t pick it up in 5 days. Staff and management refused to find the item, refused to honor the price paid on a re-order, and the manager would not speak to me directly; only through the staff headset. Unimaginably bad customer service. Stores like this should not be supported.
