My husband came in for a Apple TV device pickup order and Henry gave him excellent service. He was friendly and helpful since my husband was a bit discombobulated. Thank you Henry for taking good care of my sweetheart.
Geek squad has no sympathy. Also sat and waited 10mins while they all stood in the back and chatted just to be told they can’t help me. I was on time yall wanted to sit in the back and chat about whatever other then doing your job. When the guy I called to set up the appointment could’ve told me they couldn’t help me.but told me they could. So hour of my life wasted. Get your act together and have better customer care.

I bought a computer from this store, and I was told that a charger was included. But when I opened it up at home, I found that the charger wasn’t inside. When I asked if it could be mailed to me, I was told that I would have to travel an hour back just to retrieve the charger! Very disappointing. I expected better from “Best” Buy!
