I purchased a new s25 ultra which i usually despise the process of buying a new phone, from unintuitive phone setups to screen protectors with bubbles, not today. I had incredible service from Austin, she set me up with stellar service!

I was very happy with my Christmas Eve shopping experience at this particular Best Buy. The associates were friendly and checkout was very smooth.
Love when a store site tells you something is in stock, so you place an order. But they don’t tell you the site is wrong. Thank god I had the sense they don’t and actually called to verify, or else my Christmas gift would be a NYE gift. And of course, 30 seconds to take my money, 10 days to send it back. Ridiculous
