The coordination of delivery/installation services is completely ineffective at this location. I purchased two televisions, two sound bars, two mounts, and installation services on July 8, 2025, and as of July 31,2025, the items have sat in the store with each appointment being cancelled the day prior to delivery. Each time prompting me to select another date 1-2 weeks later without an explanation. A visit to the store in person was not much help either as the first cancellation was attributed to a computer glitch. Customer care did their best to resolve my issue, but shared that the representative speaking for this location did not feel it was necessary to call/email me directly to provide additional insight. It was shared that members of their installation team were on PTO. I was offered another appointment on August 14, 2025. Unfortunately, I was compelled to cancel my order and purchase from Walmart in lieu of taking the chance that a glitch or PTO would push my date to September. While the delay was frustrating, disregarding the escalation representative’s recommendation to communicate to me directly leads one to believe that this location’s management finds it acceptable to conduct business in this manner. I appreciate Walmart taking care of me.
