I bought a computer from this store, and I was told that a charger was included. But when I opened it up at home, I found that the charger wasn’t inside. When I asked if it could be mailed to me, I was told that I would have to travel an hour back just to retrieve the charger! Very disappointing. I expected better from “Best” Buy!

Great service, clean store, in and out quickly and they answered all my questions.
Not enough staff for the volume of customers. If you're just buying something on the floor you can probably get in and out, but if you need something they keep locked in the back, be prepared to spend thirty minutes waiting for the opportunity to hand over your money.
