Made an appointment to get a new battery installed in my iPhone. when I arrived I was told it might take a bit longer because they only have one tech working, and 5 minutes later they tell me they can’t replace the battery because they don’t have any in stock. Thanks for the heads up Best Buy. I have a very tight schedule like many others, and this was just a big waste of my time.
