I’ve never written a review before… I placed an online order and paid for it. I got there at 7:59 and the guy getting ready to lock the doors told me I couldn’t pick it up because we’re closed. It would’ve taken less time for me to pick up the paid item than the conversation I had with him. S-tier quality customer service from a place that “thrives” from it. I’ll be retracting my order and never going through this company again. It’s important to note that I’ve been burned large amounts of money because of Best Buy’s customer service, but this was the last strike for me.
