I don’t usually leave reviews and if I do it usually only good reviews but I came in to get some earbuds that were behind glass I asked 5 people for assistance was told 4 times we will send someone over so I waited 35 minutes just to see like 6 employees standing around talking up front so I finally just walked out and ordered them on Amazon with no issues

Walked in, looking for a new phone, and walked out with one. In less time than going to a carrier store.
Back in the day I worked here, one of the biggest concerns was being a showroom for Amazon. To stop that it was made a priority to contact and talk to customers. WELL, after standing around looking at gaming headphones for about 15 minutes, I pulled out my phone, went to Amazon, found reviews and recommendations AND A CHEAPER PRICE. Ordered them on the spot (1 day shipping),and walked out.
Thank you Best Buy for being Amazon's showroom.
