How do I check product availability at the Roanoke Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.

Purchased a laptop for my business the screen just blanked out. Took it to their geeksquad. Two weeks no communication. Calling gets you an automated service that does everything possible to not let you talk to the store. I verified myself so many times trying to get to the store with the stupid call center its unreal. Only to never get any useful information. Do not ever buy anything from WorstBuy. This is a review of the company in its entirety and its practices not necessarily a reflection of the local employees at this branch

Bought a insignia 10cu fridge. Was delivered on time. Installed and they hauled my old fridge away. Very nice fridge, excellent for a single or couple. Great price. The guys were very nice and did a wonderful job!!!
