Walked in the store and was immediately asked if I was looking for a particular item. When I shared what I was looking for, the man took me to the section. He seemed like from the very first interaction that he was in a hurry or didn't want to be bothered. Very poor customer service!

I hadn't purchased any new electronics in years. I was given several choices with an explanation for each laptop. The Gerk Squad helped me with the purchase of a new Microsoft Word program and made sure it was installed correctly when I picked up my new lap top.
I only went to recycle ♻️ old electronics. Service was friendly.
Picked up a Jitterbug phone for parent. I’ve only dealt with buying a phone through major carriers, so this was new. Thanks to Ruby for getting us set up. It took about 30 minutes, which is fast, and she explained next steps to us. Great price for basic service for a senior. The in-store stock seemed a little limited, but we got exactly what we needed.
