Purchased an iPhone with urgency to be picked up in 1 hour, and 2.5 hours later I still didn't have confirmation. Then, I called Customer Service (20 minutes) because I had to drive 1 hour and 15 minutes away (a 2.5 hours total commute) in bad weather to pick up my phone. The Customer Service representative was useless because according to him, he couldn't contact anyone at the store, but he was convinced that I was okay to drive 1 hour and 15 minutes in bad weather, because in his "magic inventory" the store had the phone, but they were so busy fulfilling other orders they couldn't confirm mine. One more time I asked him if he was certain, because I was about to start a 2.5 hour commute to the store in bad weather, and he assured me that everything was going to be perfect, and the store was going to fulfill my order without issues. Horribly, 1 hour into my drive in snowing weather, I received a text message stating that my order was cancelled, and ofcourse the text message and/or the link didn't provide a reason for it. Thank you Best Buy (Worst Buy) for your your incompetent customer service, and for making me waist time, miles, and gas money.
Good place to get computers supplies
This place is a joke!!! Waited in line at Geek Squad for over an hr just to pick up a $700 pc I purchased from them. Unable to schedule an appt as their app and website wouldnt send a code to confirm my reservation!! Dont waste your time and buy from somewhere else!! There are too many other options out there ti put up with this crap!! Pathetic!!
