We did a pick up order one day, stating it would be ready that evening. We went the next day, over 12 hours later, to pick the order up. As we walked in, we passed our order(a tv stand) in the pick-up orders. Upon getting to customer service, we were told our order wasn't ready and they'd call us when it was ready. I presented the email showing the "ready date and time" as well as the waiting box(with our name on it) and they went scrambling. Great product, but service was lacking.

They canceled my delivery and installation service without even calling me on the day of. I went to store and was offered nothing for my time of waiting at home all day without a call. Not even an apology.
Edited to respond. This is such a vague, non-apologetic response that puts blame on me for not seeking “help and guidance”. I will not be reaching out to another automated social media representative. I am no longer purchasing from you, so why would I contact you again? I wouldn’t spend a gift card here. Would give it to some other poor soul. You had your opportunity to remedy this awful experience in person and chose not to. I will be reporting to the BBB, not Adam at Twitter, as there were many issues with the transaction I had with this store. I don’t call shitty customer service call centers. If you can’t handle it in person, you can’t have my business.
