They need more workers to assist customers. We stood around waiting but the workers were assisting other customers so we left with no purchase

It's basically an overpriced toy store that happens to sell cell phones as well.

Best Buy feels like it's perennially teetering on the brink of oblivion. (I feel like the company definitely has it coming -- they've ripped me off well over $1000 in the past, and I know that I am not the only one.) The only point of sale was the Customer Service desk, and the staff (who were perfectly friendly and knowledgeable) seemed somewhat beleaguered. We did find what we were seeking, however, and the price was reasonable.
