How do I check product availability at the Roanoke Best Buy?

Unhappy with this store. I had trouble finding someone to help me. The person that did seemed preoccupied and unable to sell me a computer. Did not give adequate information about product. I left very disappointed!

We came in looking for new cameras because US Cellular screwed us and the guy Ian that helped us was outstanding no word can say how wonderful he was! He didn’t get irritated with us took his time answering all our questions! We will be back!
