Picked up a Jitterbug phone for parent. I’ve only dealt with buying a phone through major carriers, so this was new. Thanks to Ruby for getting us set up. It took about 30 minutes, which is fast, and she explained next steps to us. Great price for basic service for a senior. The in-store stock seemed a little limited, but we got exactly what we needed.
Went there for a Lyft card and they sell those and Uber also
Staffing issues cause larger wait times fir help.
