I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Best Buy. I waited over 20 minutes with no help, only to be skipped over for another family that arrived after me. When I finally spoke up, the employee, Tracy, cut me off mid-sentence, rushed me through the interaction, and carried herself with a nasty, dismissive attitude the entire time.
On top of that, I was told that I’d be charged a $8 fee for a screen replacement installation under my Geek Squad Protection plan something I have never been charged before. Instead of explaining or clarifying the charge, Tracy brushed me off as if my questions and my business didn’t matter.
I pay for my protection plan and my phone services, and I expect basic professionalism and respect. Tracy’s behavior was unacceptable, and it reflects very poorly on this location. I’ve had great service here before with other employees, but this kind of treatment is not something I’ll tolerate.
