I went to Best buy in another county. Found a better deal at Springfield. So I decided to come to Springfield for the better buy because the other store wasn't giving me customer satisfaction. I came to Springfield and Jeffrey laid out the red carpet for us. Was efficient professional and just of joy of light. Thank you Mr Jeffrey for looking out for us and helping us throughout the process a searching for what we did not know we needed. Jeffrey is a keeper. I hope this reaches the highest person at Best buy Jeffrey should be a manager. He gives eye to eye contact to his customers as they walk in the door and approaches them at ease. From the time we walked into the town we walked out his attitude never wavered. If I could give 20 stars I would. Go Jeffrey

Overall good experience but Daniel provided great customer service and seemed to be an expert in his department (appliances). Will be coming to this location more than others as long as Daniel works here!
