This review is feedback as a service provider for Apple iPhone repair services. I had an appointment scheduled for an iPhone repair (confirmation pictured). When I showed up to the appointment I was turned away because there were no repair personnel who could help me. I was told I should've received a call to cancel the appointment, but I never did. Even on 9/9/2026 the appointment shows as open on all my accounts. Complete waste of my time and disregard for the customers time. Crazy that on a Saturday afternoon they would not schedule someone available especially with pending appointments.

Asif and Travis were both extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They were very helpful in providing us with all the information we needed in purchasing a new phone for our son. I highly recommend this Best Buy location, and especially these two employees.
