Terrible experience. I had my order supposed to be delivered today and i wasted the whole time waiting and nobody reachout to me to tell that they aren’t coming. Called the phone number and they don’t respond. Spent the whole day just with this and no answer yet. The order is fully paid and nothing there is no issue for them to not reach out and apologize for not coming.

Horrible store I’ve went there two times and both have been terrible,first I had went for the iPhone 14 they said they didn’t have it so I left with the 13,today I went in for an iPad 10th generation i ordered pickup at 6:16 pm got there around 7:12 looked around for a while asked if it was ready and it still wasn’t.i left the store at 8:30 without it.i DO NOT recommend wasting money on this store it has disappointed me multiple times at other locations as well.mind you they have as well “confused” me as an employee just because I was wearing a black shirt.never buying from Best Buy ever again
