The Geek Squad gets 5* I had an issue with Norton Antivirus and accessing the Windows store on my laptop. After a frustrating week of talking to "technicians" from Norton, Windows, and Lenovo(who made me pay them $200 just to tell me to reimage my computer, I finally pulled up to Best Buy where the Geek Squad fixed both issues in less time and costing less money than I paid the company that manufactured the laptop. I definitely recommend using them.
The staff here was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and patient. Especially the Geek Squad staff. Would recommend.
