Aiden Honea, a Sony expert, helped my wife and I find the perfect TV. He explained absolutely everything we needed to know about each tv. I’m so blessed Aiden helped us and I would love for him to assist us on our next purchase.

I honestly don’t know when Best Buy fell off in customer service, but it’s becoming obvious and I hope they realize that customer service and knowledgeable staff are the only reasons they’re still alive today. Otherwise, I can buy everything I need from Amazon without the hassle.
I went into Best Buy today and stood around for what felt like forever. Not one person asked if I needed help. I finally asked the security guard to call someone over, and that’s what it took just to get assistance. I got what I needed, but honestly, if it wasn’t a gift I needed today, I probably would’ve walked out and ordered it somewhere else.
And then, after all that, the only real engagement I got was at the register where they tried to push a credit card on me. Really?
At this point, I don’t think I’ll be shopping at Best Buy again. They’ve completely lost what made them worth visiting in the first place.
