We had such a great experience at Best Buy thanks to Silver, the Samsung representative! He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with us. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure we felt confident about our purchase without ever making us feel pressured.
Silver really knows his stuff and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. If you’re shopping for a new tv, definitely ask for Silver, he’s amazing! Highly recommend!
