Purchased a product at the store and then tried to contact them because something was missing.
Never got a return call even though customer support emailed the manager for the store directly.
I called several times and left several messages and no one responded.
Very surprised this is my first time having this type of experience at Best Buy.

We stopped by this store at around 5 pm on a weeknight looking to buy a new Samsung galaxy phone. OMG, this store only had a few customers searching / helping themselves, phones are out of stock, only several best buy guys Gathering Around Chit Chating, Avoiding Us..We left. Extremely disappointed. Will NOT come back to this location.

Needed an ethernet cable and usb-c adapter because the hotel wifi was out. They had them.
