I come there to get a Garmin watch that I had already seen it on their web and the stock status was updated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. You can get good deals, I would recommend to buy electronics

I am very disappointed with the store manager, Daniel along with the associate, Chris. On January 9th, 2025, I purchased a Sony Bravia 8 which was listed at $3,000.. Just a couple weeks later, the product goes on sale for $2500. Unfortunately, at the time of purchase I was not advised of the membership programs. For a product at this price point I would’ve loved the option to extend protection, etc. Due to this hiccup by the associate Chris who checked me out (not advising me of the membership), I essentially lost out on the price match. I strongly believe something of this nature should be honored and I should get the option to join the membership and receive the price match. This store lacks customer service and made it aware they wouldn’t do anything for me. Will never purchase large amount items from them considering this is how they treat customers. I’ve already read several blogs of people with similar issues and the manager was able to get them squared away. I would hate to get my consumer protection agency involved.. see all this stems from the associate not advising me of the membership options for a THREE THOUSAND DOLLAR TV.. I take fault when I’m wrong, but man this one’s on Best Buy.. Will never shop at this store again. Due to their customer service, rude manager, and lack of satisfaction I do not suggest anyone do business here. This review will be deleted once I’m taken care of accordingly. - Joshua Price

I had a great installation experience with Aidan who came and installed our frame TV (Samsung) he was knowledgeable and did a great job, compared to the first guy who came and didn’t know the specific considerations of the frame. Would happily have him come again.
