This store location has closed for good. Just another example of the ongoing decay of the Aquia/Garrisonville area that has been degrading for well over a decade.

Getting a Geek squad membership is the absolute biggest waste of money and the most dysfunctional IT repair service I've ever seen. Not sure why it's considered a "repair" service when they can't or won't fix anything. Apparently, they're supposed to get you computer repaired in 48 hours or something, sound good except that they don't figure it out they just give it back broken. The "support" number is a complete waste of time and they send you to people who are clearly untrained somewhere in some other country. They literally lie straight to your face and say they fixed it only to get home and find out they did nothing. I had multiple remote sessions and multiple drop offs on a relatively new laptop and every time they say it's a different issue and that the "fixed it", it's like no one talks to each other and they just make things up to get it out the door in the 48 hours.
