Staff are so nice and helpful. My daughter needed a special type of laptop for her major in college and the guy was patient and explained all types were available there and gave her ideas and thoughts what the most beneficial for her education. I really don't remember his name but thank you!
I went to pay 250 into my card the customer service charged me 450 instead. When I told him to cancel this transaction he said he can’t do it. I found this unacceptable, unprofessional, and poor customer service.

Quick & Pleasant Pickup at Best Buy
Stopped by Best Buy to pick up an online order and couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. We went straight to the Pick-up Counter, showed the barcode on our phone, and were out the door in under five minutes. The staff were friendly, and even the security at the entrance greeted us with a smile - we even joked a bit. Efficient, easy, and hassle-free, just the way it should be.
