Worst Best Buy ever. They keep trying to sell you their membership. And they be like “all we want to do is just give you a discount, but first we need your information” Don’t go to this store, they are a scam. They will keep trying to convince you to get their membership. Brothers, all we wanna do is just buy whatever product we wanna buy, we don’t want any membership or whatever yall offering. I’ve been to other Best Buy’s and they’re not like this. But this in specific is so bad, and when you decline their offer they get super mad cuz they couldn’t sell you the membership.

Used the apple support app to make an appointment to repair my iPhone’s back glass. Best Buy was listed as an authorized repairer. Arrived for my appointment and was notified the geek squad person left early for the day and that I should follow up with apple as they don’t fix back glass. No respect for my time bringing me all the way out here. Should’ve given me a call about not being able to honor the appointment time and the fixing of the back glass.
