I made an appointment for my battery to be replaced because Apple told me they were unable to work on my phone at that time (even though I had an appointment with them too).
When I walked in Elias went straight into trying to sell me a protection plan, and only after I told him to stop trying to sell me the plan and move on so I can get it repaired did he inform me that there was no Apple tech that would be in for at least a few weeks.
Being allowed to make the appointment online only to come in person (after trying to memorize directions because I didn't have a working phone) and have him try to sell me a plan that I absolutely did not need was extremely frustrating. I asked to speak to the manager, they told me he was coming and after waiting for some time I asked where he was and it turns out he was deliberately making me wait.
Johnny the manager then proceeded to kick me out because I didn't want to sit down. So not only did I show up for an appointment to get my phone fixed but still walked away with an unusable phone, but I got kicked out because I was too upset to sit down after being made to wait for him. Yes that is correct, I was kicked out because I refused to sit down.
Disgusting behavior from Best Buy staff. I ended up going to a third party store that had transparent prices and was able to immediately begin working on repairing my phone. Do not go here for any help. It is overpriced, the prices are not transparent, and the staff are extremely unprofessional.
Whatever services you need, you can get better quality and customer service at another store. Do not go here for anything.
