Brought my old monitor here to recycle and buy a new one, since they offer a recycling program. They wanted to charge a $25 fee or to purchase their $50 membership. Guess I'll just throw it in the dumpster and pollute more of this world. Thanks Best Buy, great way to help the environment!

I ordered a TV, and including installation, the cost was $1,500. It appeared the installation was getting screwed up, so I called the Sterling, VA store. I was on hold for one hour, sent all over the world to various call centers, and eventually was disconnected by Best Buy. So I literally drove to the store and was met with the rudest, most condescending supervisor that I have ever come into contact with. I cancelled my $1,500 purchase and am writing a letter of complaint to Corie Barry, the CEO of Best Buy. Five years ago I had a bad experience with Best Buy and swore I would never purchase from them again. I should have never given them a second chance, because the customer service is AS BAD as it was 5 years ago. I will never set foot in Best Buy again.
