Abdu was top notch with customer service
On March4, 2025 I ordered a nordic trac tread mill, I purchased 3 year plan, haul away, and set-up. The delivery men came and said they were not told it was haul-away, I showed them the receipt that stated I had paid for that option. They finally called the store and did take the old nordic-trac. after they called the store would not take my word for it. although I had all the documentation that showed plainly I had bought and paid for it. The set-up (which I also paid for) did not show up. I called numerous times and finally got someone there that they would be between 7:00 and 7:00 p.M. No one showed. Called Best Buy numerous times, with no satisfaction. I took a day off without pay to have all this done on Monday, 10, 2025. I called three times prior to delivery date and they assured me they had scheduled me for delivery, haul away and set-up and they did not provide that service. I have called my bank to stop check, but it had already been canceled, so I have filed a dispute procedure with my bank. I have all documentation of what I purchased and paid for. Best Buy has not contacted me to try to resolve the situation. I am waiting to hear from them and to make this right. The dispute process is in the works now. NEVER WILL BUY FROM BEST BUY AGAIN!

Treadmills can be a lot to handle getting delivered and set up, so I can understand having the services you paid for be questioned, and not fulfilled as they should have been, wouldn't be a welcome experience.
