Fast quick and convenient
Great place to take a crap after your body decided that 14 beers at 12pm at chilis across the way was a mistake
Super appreciative of the young man working in the TV section last night. Once I explained the size and budget for a TV, he showed me the perfect model. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful!

EDIT: Corporate got in touch with me, as did management, and they made everything right. I'm sure this is a learning opportunity for staff, but it is definitely a lesson in management and resolution! Still love going to Best Buy!

I was in the store for probably 30 minutes, I never spoke to a soul and I left the TV in the checkout line because there was only one cashier for the entire store who was trying to do a return. Just go to Amazon, and you'll get the same experience, but you'll actually get to buy what you are looking for.
