I’d give “0” stars if it was a choice! I was there picking up an order for a family member, and decided to upgrade my car’s audio system. I’ve wanted to do this for a while and figured it was a good time to treat myself. I had all of the components picked out…all I needed was a Best Buy employee to show some interest in providing basic customer service. This is where it all went “south!” I must have come across 3 or 4 employees in “black” shirts, but I was told by the first Best Buy employee that I needed to find an employee in a “blue” shirt. I guess I didn’t get the memo. Nor did this employee offer to help me find one. Now I know why…
After walking the store’s complete display floor, I saw maybe three, and they were busy. I finally got the “ear” of a blue-shirted employee…he couldn’t help me, but he’d try to get someone who could. Again…my purchase was a sure thing! I had picked out all the components, had done my research, all I needed was someone to retrieve them for me and I’d be on my way. But no….20 minutes passed…nothing…nada…zilch! Nobody came to help. Finally, a blue-shirted employee was walking my way, but before he got to me somebody else asked him a question. Ok…I’ll wait another few minutes…it’s already been close to an hour, what’s another 3 or 4 minutes. I made it clear to the employee that I too had a question, and through non-verbal communication he acknowledged that. However, when he was done with the prior customer, this employee quickly turned away and ducked into the back room even though he could hear me calling for his help.
That was the final straw! I’ll take my $2k in business elsewhere, and never step foot in another B#*+ Buy!

Very disappointed with their pricing relative to Amazon. They stock Best Buy exclusive items on microSD cards. So, no price match even though an identical item is available for literally half the price.
