I bought a MacBook from Best Buy and went to return it on the third day after purchase. This particular store told me they would charge a $45 fee just because the box was opened. I checked with other Best Buy locations and spoke to online customer service — none of them confirmed such a policy. So it’s clear that this issue was specific to this store, and not company-wide. Extremely unprofessional and misleading. The staff wasted my time and clearly didn’t know (or didn’t care about) Best Buy’s actual return policy. Very disappointing experience — I won’t be returning to this location.

I have always had great experience with Best Buy. We recently got an LG tv and Jason helped us a lot with answering to all our questions and suggesting us the best option. He spent a lot of time with us explaining. Jason is really good. And the tv too is amazing, C4 Evo is so good.
