How do I check product availability at the Sterling Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

I bought a gift that requires service/installation. When can I expect that to be scheduled?

Had been to the store in order to buy an apple product. I waited at the Apple section for almost 10 minutes for someone to show up and no one showed up so I just went to the to the counter at the entrance and asked for someone to help me. The guy said that someone will be there shortly and he did a Radio announcement in order to get someone at the Apple section. I saw some guy roaming around there and asked for help. He said I’ll be right back but did not show up in some time so I just left the store and I actually I’m thinking of buying it somewhere else .Best Buy I believe is not doing well as compared to the online shopping that people are doing on Amazon and other stores. If this remains the Customer experience for people walking into the store I think online shopping is way to go.
Note ; there were handful of customers in store at this time.

Don't buy an iPhone from here. Verizon takes back phones that have been replaced. They charge a monthly fee. They're ripping people off.
