Shortly before Thanksgiving I needed help with a phone and trade in purchase that got messed up. The man working there was very patient and understanding with me. He walked me through how to solve the issue I was having and was attentive to my needs. I wish I could have caught his name. Best service I've ever received from a retail store.
I just visited Best Buy Sterling, VA and had a great help from the computer specialist Nathan! He was very polite and professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He fixed my connection problems and my computer ability to run properly after an important for me school web site didn’t open at all. Now everything on my computer is great, including the camera and microphone, which are necessary for using that website too! Nathan has a lot of potential as an IT support specialist and he is also a great in costumer service! Thank you again, I really appreciate your help!

They never answer phones and do not help with any solutions just say sorry and basically you're out of luck when placing online orders. Also made a return and repurchased an item due to a discount price via best buy card and they charged me twice instead of giving me a refund saying I purchased 2 of the exact tvs when I returned and replaced the exact item at the same time/day/location.
