If I could give no stars, I would. I had a terrible experience. The previous manager was great, but this visit was the complete opposite.
I came in needing a replacement TV through my warranty and already had a work order. One employee genuinely tried to help us, but needed assistance from a manager. He went to ask someone named Jose, who refused to help us and wouldn’t even assist with translating for my husband in Spanish.
When his coworker asked what to do, Jose told him to just walk away and not help us. He also said he didn’t want to deal with me “yelling,” If there was no solution.. even though I was calm the entire time and simply asking for help and a clear explanation. He was just laughing at us and waiting for us to leave so he didn’t have to help us. Really lazy employees.
I was polite from the beginning because I don’t like being that kind of customer, but the level of disrespect was unacceptable. If you’re not willing to help customers, you shouldn’t be in that position.

I went there to get a new iPhone battery b/c the Apple site says Best Buy is an authorized repair place. When I got there, three Geek Squad employees were sitting there doing absolutely nothing and I asked about a battery replacement. I was told to drive to Apple in Reston b/c they don't have anyone to do repairs any longer and no longer service on iPhones. So the three Geek Squad employees are useless. They can't even change a cell phone battery. LOL. Don't walk, RUN from this store with incredibly dumb and lazy employees.

Customer service is good. Just a heads-up though—sometimes they try to sell used items as brand new. I recently had to return an item because it was clearly used.
