Disappointing experience with getting my fridge installed and old fridge removed—as in it hasn’t happened yet. Our $2000 fridge is still in the middle of our living room waiting to be installed. Called the person dropped it off but never installed due to a plumbing issue which was fixed same day and they never answered the phone to come back. We gave up on getting it installed on the original date and called the branch and got an alternative date for 3 days later. Called the day before after not getting a reminder text and were told it *wasn’t in the system* and would have to wait an additional 5 days. We will never buy from Best Buy again. They are clearly a scam and don’t care about you once you’ve purchased their product.
Shoutout to Moe at Best Buy in Sterling!
I was in a serious pinch and needed a new computer fast. I’m the kind of guy who mines Bitcoin, builds chatbots, edits videos, and has 300 tabs open while researching—all at the same time. Moe didn’t just sell me a computer—he listened, understood exactly what I needed, and delivered the perfect setup.
He’s clearly someone who lives and breathes tech, and it shows. If you need any type of computer or expert guidance, go see Moe at Best Buy in Sterling. You’ll be in great hands.
Good to see a best buy still around though I had to resort going on Amazon to buy my headphones repair items. Geek squad wouldn't lend a hand
It's a bit sad, as these stores are a small version of their former selves. The appliance section has all the brands you'd expect for a wide range of prices. The rest of the store has all the same departments, just few staff. I went there to get some heavy-duty speaker wire, expecting at least 14 gauge, but they only had a few spools of 16 gauge. I'll go back for pictures.
