Excellent customer service. Great store!
Absolutely horrible. Went to geek squad to get my computer fixed, was charged 190 dollars. The report said that my CPU was operating at normal temperatures, I picked it up and went home to try and use it. CPU was idling at 98 degrees Celsius. Then the computer shut off and now won't boot. If you want to get any technology fixed, take it to micro center. Don't use this horrible location. Unreliable, 600 dollar CPU fried as well as 160 dollars for them to try and repair it (they claimed they did) Never use the geek squad here. Horrible.
As usual, best buy is a necessary evil. The only place to physically go in to get some of these items, but the service is awful. Expect to walk around for 10 minutes without help if you have a question.
I asked an employee for help and she cut me off to just say "I work in the warehouse, I can't help."
We were looking at a camera display and just touching a camera set off an alarm multiple times. The alarm was very loud and no employees came to see what the issue was. It just went off for several minutes with no response.
We did get some help and it seemed like the gentleman had some product-specific knowledge on cameras, which was nice.
They stocked several cameras which they had no display model for, and they would not open a camera for us to see unless we committed to buying it first.
