I don’t know why I keep sitting myself up… No one never ask if you need assistance, they are always too busy taking to each other. No inventory most of the time. If they close it would be for the best.

Worst service. I purchased item from best buy. Graphic card was not working i tried to exchange at this store and they said contact manufacturer.
I ordered an open box item that was supposed to be in excellent condition. However, upon opening it at home, I saw a lot of old sticker residue on areas not visible until the item was fully unwrapped. The item was in fair condition, NOT excellent!
I feel that staff intentionally rated a fair condition item as excellent to sell it for more money, or someone either switched the "excellent condition" item with a "fair condition" item. My purchase was made online the day prior with pickup set at the Tysons location, so the opportunity to switch the item was there. I'm definitely going to return the item as Best But has an easy return policy.
However, I'm very upset about bait & switch" and/or lie about the item being in excellent condition and that I commuted 40 mins (one way)! Because of this, I will never do business at the Tysons location again!
I ordered online to purchase a laptop. The order was ready within 15 minutes! The employee was quick, to bring out my order toward the parking lot!
