Came in to have my TV checked out due to it being very slow. I had my warranty and they agreed to check it out and return it in 2 weeks or so. A month went by with no updates and they told me they actually didn’t have the parts on hand. a month and a half goes by and today I was finally able to pick it up. Not only did they lose my remote but they gave me one and promised it would work. Go home and it does not work with this generation TV. Absolutely unacceptable.
Customer service staff and equally incompetent manager could not process a return for a single, brand new, unopened item that I had purchased less than a week ago. They told me I would have to return all three items in my purchase to return one item. I told them I would not unmount my newly installed Frame TV just to return a single item worth ~$50. I had to drive farther away (to the Fair Lakes location), and the manager there was able to process the return. I will not be returning to the Tysons location in the future.

Best Buy is a great place to buy electronics and technological support. The associates are very knowledgeable and friendly.
