Also, the red hair guy working the computer section 9/25 with a microsoft shirt provided the best customer service I have received in years from any biz...not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but was not pushy selling and was so helpful eventhough I did not buy anything

I would give this Best Buy ZERO STARS if I could. BEWARE, if you have any issues with this store or its products, the GENERAL MANAGER, Stefan McClinnahan, will give you the WORST attitude. He is rude, arrogant and disrespectful. I returned a product (I had the receipt) and because their system was having issues with the return, this “Manager” had to come and try to complete the transaction He was incredibly rude. I did not do anything or said anything to deserve his extremely disrespectful attitude. Very surprised to hear he is the General Manager and has been working there for 25 years. Seriously, there is something wrong with him or he just needs to go back to school and learn about management. When I finally asked him why he was being so rude, he just walked away. A few employees witnessed the situation and were trying to help me but they couldn’t. He had to go back and finish the transaction, no apologies, not a better attitude, nothing. I guess people who get to be General Managers at Best Buy believe they are better than their customers. Incredibly disappointing, will never step foot on this store again. Best Buy, DO BETTER!
